It was exceptionally clean, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, fantastic grounds, good food

There was a lack of emphasis on Greek food, food was very international and some restaurants did not open at the times they said they would. Pools did not open until 10am which as a white Northern European and wanting to be out of the sun at midday limited use of the pool - had rules that were not enforced as some people swam before 10 and nothing was said and no shorts at dinner as advised when checking in were not enforced- either do away with the rules or enforce them

Private beach. Special creek restaurant was very good (service and food).

Food in main restaurant was very basic and the same. No special dinners as usual in such resorts (for example italian food, mexican food, creek food).

1) multiple beaches to swim and to relax at. 2) excellent selection of foods. 3) Clean and well maintained rooms. 4) Great value for the money. 5) Entertainment at Delphi theater. 6) Privacy away from city.

Reserve one beach for adults only!

Attitude of many guests reserving sunbeds at all times despite the hotel rules

The food was delicious and varied, with lots of options for any dietary restrictions and preferences. We particularly liked the variety of daily fresh fruit. The pools were also very nice, the pool bar is a great addition for having a relaxing drink. The entertainment team was very fun and engaging, the entire staff was super nice and friendly.

The room only had partial sea view, facing the kid's pool area :(. The bathroom fan didn't work, so there was no way to let the steam out after a shower, because the small window was blocked. Also, even though checkout time was at 11.00, one staff member let himself in the room at 10.30, without even knocking at the door first. This was quite rude, hopefully this is an isolated incident.

Room was huge and decor was very nice. Everything is very well presented. Beds were really comfy, slept really well. Location is really good for nearby beaches (we had a car though). Food was all really tasty. Snorkelling around the resort is really interesting.

Waited quite a while to be shown to our room upon arrival when we would have quite happily have been on our way quicker ourselves if we were pointed in the right direction. Also first time eating at the buffet dinner, no one was on the door to tell us how anything worked, so we had to awkwardly work things out. Kind of annoying that you couldn't get your own drinks at dinner (even if it was just water). Lighting in room had the option to be toned down (maybe before bed) but was still really bright..... which kind of defeats the object? Sounds like a lot of negative but mainly just small things that could be fixed to improve the experience!

Extraordinary. The food, the drinks, the infrastructure, the different restaurants and bars, you never feel crowded which is very important in the high season. The staff is very nice, especially Marietta from the cocktail bar with view of the sea.

The only thing they need to improve is the labelling of the various foods at the buffet restaurant. Some foods do not have a label, others have a wrong one... Complicated when you have food allergies.

Very modern, clean yet comfortable. Beautiful gardens and environment. Loved the 8 private beaches (including the ones from the other Iberostar resort). You were really able to feel peaceful and calm. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Also, the small grocery store in the resort is fantastically convenient!

The food was okay, in the main dining area it did feel quite ‘overwhelming’ at some points with the amount of people.

The staff is super helpful. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if needed. Room is great and the bathroom is nice, pretty comfortable. Pool is great but we we not in the peak season, when I believe the number of chairs is not enough for everyone. Food is good, but we were expecting more Greek cuisine - they most likely make it general so it pleases more guests. The Vegghera restaurant has ok food, if you miss the chance of eating there, you are not missing much!

The drinks in the bar could be better and sometimes I wish we had more options in terms of snacks - only sandwich and donuts were offered in the pool bar. I missed toiletries in the room, maybe it would be a great addition.

Resort stretched within well kept beautiful mediterranean garden with big variety of palms, trees, bushes and flowers. We chose one of sheltered lagoons for perfect sea swim in calm water. One could also swim out into the unsheltered area and enjoy floating in the waves or snorkelling as some guests did. Free sunbeds and umbrellas available on the beach. Nice pools which we didn´t take advantage of though as we prefer the sea. Friendly staff and tasty food for breakfasts and dinners, for these with daily varied offer. We enjoyed a relaxing week at sea.

We took advantage of beach bar above the lagoon for drinks such as frappé, cola, lemonade and beer, but missed an offer of fruit or vegetable bowls or salads or some simple dishes (here there were just some sandwiches or pastries). There is a great offer of these for b´fast and dinner, but some would be appreciated at the beach bar also during the day.
