The room was superb and wonderfully done. The personal hot tub jacuzzi was a big big bonus. The shower and the bed were very comfortable. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The hosts, a family of one son and 2 daughters run this place themselves with all their heart and do a fine job. The host gave us recommendations on planning our days, places to visit and practical tips. With a car at disposal, although the location didn't matter, but close proximity to Fira main town was a big benefit. Fira is bustling with energy, with great places to eat. We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. Their gesture of placing welcome snack and beverage in the fridge and a small departure gift was truly appreciated.

Excellent location, only a 10 minute walk from Fira town centre. Internally the property was very clean, and well looked after. The Hot Tub was nice and very easy to use. Bathroom was clean, and modern. The cleaning staff were very good and were always smiling. The hosts themselves were extremely helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable, and assisted with helping us book taxi’s, providing additional cutlery, organising room clean around our schedule, and the arrival/departure.

The whole place was amazing, so not a lot to add for improvement. I think maybe additional cutlery/cups/glasses could be provided as many people would maybe like to drink together before going out in town? We would have liked a toaster/microwave to prepare breakfast but it really was no big deal!

Fantastic location, staff and facilities! 10 minute walk to the Main Street/central Fira. The Hotel Manager was so lovely and accomodating. The room was a really good size and the outdoor hot tub was amazing. I would highly recommend Villa Galaxy to anyone wanting to stay at Fira.

We stayed here for just one night before leaving Santorini, but it was such a pleasant stay. The room itself is simple and modest, but the hotel is very considerate with small details like having a couple of snacks and juices in the fridge. The restroom was very clean. AC was good. Favorite part was the jacuzzi. We'd been used to all the plunge pools in Santorini that are set to between 27C - 30C. It was nice to sit and soak in something warmer. I believe the jacuzzi in front of our room was set to 35C. They also welcomed us with a small gift. It wasn't necessary at all, but a nice gesture.

Location is only 10 minutes walk to the main center of Fira, but it's slightly downhill walking to the hotel and uphill to the town. It wasn't a problem at all for us, but just noting it in case anyone has some mobility issues.

The location was convenient, with the Fira Main Square just a 10-minute walk away, which was not an issue for us. Irini was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable information on how to explore Santorini. She recommended a day tour that was worth every penny, as it included everything we needed. Overall, our experience in Santorini was fantastic, and we had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel.

The bed was kind of hard but it didn’t bother us a lot.

Great accommodation just a short walk from Thira town. It’s a bit steep to walk there but no problem if you’re fairly fit and mobile. Irini was friendly, helpful and was a lovely host. We had the family room and there was plenty of space for three adults, a baby and all of the accompanying paraphernalia. The hotel was lovely and peaceful. A lovely place to stay if you need to be fairly near the main port, airport and the town. Irini fixed up transportation for us which was first-class.

I have to mention that the beds were a touch hard - but Irini is aware of this 🤣 The walk to town would not suit someone with mobility issues. I wouldn’t say any of this was a “dislike” though.

The location was quite good, but the nearby shortcut was blocked, so we had to take a long uphill detour, which was a bit tiring. The room was a little damp since it only had one window, but honestly, for the price, it was totally worth it. And the host — she was unbelievably amazing. The most sunny, energetic, and adorable person I’ve ever met. Seriously, she radiates good vibes! Wishing her all the best. Totally recommend!

It was really pleasure to enjoy during those few days at this beautiful apartment. We experienced a really great time and we was very satisfied with our apartment and our private garden with nice hot tub 😁. Our host Irini (if I’m not wrong about her name) was very kind and helpful. She provided us a lot of information about the island itself and locations to be visited also she was in touch with us all the time.Anything we needed (like wine bottle opener,iron...) was brought at our apartment in just few minutes by herself.I’m really out of words how great everything was in overall.I’ll gladly recommend this apartment for everyone who is about to visit Santorini and if we come back to Santorini we’ll definitely stay again at Villa Galaxy 😁

Villa Galaxy was definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed in. First of all, great and most helpful staff ever - Ms. Irini greeted us warmly, and helped us a lot during our stay. Thanks to her recommendations and tips we were able to travel throughout whole island with ease. Room, was comfortable, very neat and cleaned daily. Additionally our room had private hot tub, which was a great addition to already perfect place.

Everything was perfect. I cannot think about even one thing that would not be great

We were welcomed with open arms. The receptionist was really helpful we were able to contact her with all our questions, even when my partner lost his wallet late at night, an effort was made to contact the police. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we were lucky to have our own garden with a ‘private’ jacuzzi.

The location is good but to go to the center and back to the hotel without a car or atv is very hard. especially not to be underestimated with the warm sun
