I got upgraded to a maisonette suite with 3 balconies and breathtaking views over the sea and mountains. When I arrived I found a bottle of wine, local fruits and vegetables and olive oil in the apartment and thought that was such a lovely touch. You have Netflix there which I liked a lot, because you can cook your own meals and watch movies if you like just like home unless you want to relax on one of the amazing balconies. The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel itself is nice and quiet. You are only a few minutes away from the Main Street and the bus stop to Chania. The property is tucked away nicely and you get these beautiful views. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Likely the first hotel that I've stayed at in Greece that matched the positive reviews. Amazing greeting from the owner upon arrival. The rooms were very clean, spacious, quiet, and the A/C worked very well (not always the case in Greece). 100% we will stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. A welcome pack was in our room, water, wine, and fruit. Hairdryer, iron also. All of the rooms reflected as posted in the pictures, everything of great standard and quality. Fully equipped kitchen room and pool towels are provided and changed regularly. The pool was warm, very clean, and gardens maintained every day. Couldn't ask for more and will be back

This property has great location between the main strip and the old village. Despite being 2 mins away from central Platanias it is very quite. The views from our room were amazing. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and had everything you need. The staff are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you. The cleaners were very kind and work really hard. The pool area was very clean and the pool was really warm especially later in the day. Although there weren’t lots of sunbeds we never had an issue getting one and there were 6 of us. This is really outstanding self catering accommodation. In the main double bedroom we could see the sea from our bed!

nothing thought it was perfect.

This is a wonderful, quiet and very welcoming hotel. The hotel is family run and they are all kind, welcoming and helpful. You feel more than home. Fantastic view. And a wonderful area with great restaurants nearby. Rooms are great and spacious - they are clean and kept in repair. If you feel like cooking you have all the things you need. I only have positive things to day.

We had a wonderful stay at Esthisis Suites . The apartment was perfect ( well equiped, clean, comfortable, ...) , the pool was nice and not too busy during our stay; the location is 5' walking from the touristic part of Platanias with plenty of restaurants and bars.. I really recommand this place.

The apt was clean and comfortable and the pool was warm and refreshing and never too busy. The location was wonderful in that it was walkable to restaurants and the beach and away from the busy traffic and sounds of the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The location was ideal, fabulous views and just a few mins walk to amazing restaurants. Every one was so lovely and staff kept all areas so clean. Amazing welcome and water, fruit and veg a great start to our holiday. Hope to return one day.

Walk up the hill may be hard for those with mobility issues but it is only a few minutes and it is definitely worth the views you get.

Perfect location. Peaceful but still close to everything. The apartment was beautiful. Everything needed was found. Lovely pool area. Always space and calm. 10 points for the staff. The cleaning team did a great job.
