Extremely friendly and helpful hosts! They take great care of their guests, treat you to ice cream and delicious yogurt - for free!!! The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is very close, great communication to the most important attractions of Athens, to Piraeus and to the airport. The room has everything you need, towels are changed daily. The room is bright and quiet, even when there are city events around. It was great, thank you!

A suitcase stand could be added and the door to the room could be a bit more airtight. The shower cubicle would need refreshing. Apart from that, everything is super!

The location right in the heart of bustling Monastiraki is fantastic. There were so many restaurants, shops, rooftop bars and other sights to see within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The AC worked well, which was a great relief given that Athens was having a heat wave when we were there in July. The large patio overlooked bustling Ermou Street, and the people watching was very enjoyable. Soula and her staff were so friendly and helpful! We arrived early on a Sunday morning, when everything in the area was closed, but I called her and she answered right away and got us into our room before the official check-in time. She provided us with lots of bottled water and even gelato from her shop on the first level. Soula is such a warm, passionate and enthusiastic host who really made our stay special.

The sofa bed was much more like a sofa than a bed, but it was fine for my 24 year old son. We never did figure out how to properly adjust the temperature of the rainfall shower head in the shower, but since it also had a wand it was not a real problem.

An absolutely amazing time staying at Mythos Luxury Suites, the apartment was just as incredible as the views.. the location is very central, yet there was never an issue with noise; it was ideal for exploring the city. Loved the small detail where each room is named after a Greek God 😀 The best part of the whole experience was the extremely warm welcome and hospitality from Soula, who from the very moment we met made us feel at home & as if we were visiting family. I couldn't recommend the place enough and looking forward to our next visit!

This penthouse apartment has an absolutely amazing view of the Acropolis and surrounding city! It also has a spacious private deck, two bathrooms, and a little kitchenette. On top of that, it is located right off Monastiraki Square, which is a perfect central hub for experiencing the city and for transportation via metro from the airport. Soula and the staff at the gelateria on the ground floor were so friendly and helpful! The free gelato was also a great perk of the stay. We highly recommend staying here!

The location and view are exceptional. The all-you-can-eat Gelato was a GREAT perk. The host is amazingly friendly and accommodating. We arrived early, and there is a luggage storage half a block away. You are in the heart of the city with any restaurants you can image, the Athens bizarre, more roof top dining then you can imagine and lots of live music. You could cook if you wanted to with easy access to bakeries and a supermarket, ΑΒ Βασιλόπουλος inexpensive market with wine/beer/spirits. Greece you can't flush toilet paper, yes really, so maybe buy some single-use bags(OGGI is across the street, 20 feet). Super easy access to the Metro by the Bazaar. City Zen restaurant had an excellent veal chop. The service is slow but you are there for the view. Ravioli was super salty. We loved the greek salad and nice staff at Dioskouroi on the way to and from the Acropolis. There are a ton of restaurants in this area.

Soula was a very nice and friendly host. She offered free water, coffee frozen yoghurt,ice cream,pancake,waffle etc.all the time from her shop under the apartement. Clean kitchen,bathroom,nice beds,modern furniture.

The apartement had a streetview and hadn't got a balcony like yo can see on the pictures.🙄 The windows of the apartement were very dirty. It was a very noisy neightbourhood,we cannot sleep because of the loud music on the street. Last night there was such kind of party with loud music on the top of our building until dawn,we guess,there was a big party on the terrace- you can see on the pictures facing the Acropolis- on the 7th floor.

Gina was so welcoming check-in, and Soula & the team were so warm and friendly during our stay. The property was even able to accommodate an early check in which we were very thankful for. Such an amazing location. View of Acropolis from our room was just as shown in the listing; and perfect for our first time in Athens. Wifi was good & reliable too. The room even included a free ice cream at the downstairs shop too…which was a surprising & fun touch! 😋

There was nothing that we didn’t like. If we were staying longer perhaps it would have been good to have a washing machine, but this was not an issue for our short stay.

Do not judge a book by it's cover! When we first saw the building exterior we were about to cancel our booking. However all the positive reviews made us take the risk, and we were only staying for one night. We went to the accommodation a day before our expected arrival and asked to check the interior as we were thrown off by the badly maintained exterior of the building (fault of the building owners not the hotel). Soula, the owner, is probably the sweetest and most welcoming host you'll ever meet! She was kind enough to show us one of the free studios which looked impeccable, and hence we decided to keep our reservation. Upon our arrival the next day, Soula took all the time in the world to make sure our check-in was smooth and even went up with us to the room herself to explain all the details and make sure we had everything we needed. The studio was very clean upon check-in, and is big enough for two people, lots of room around the beds, and a small living room area. Kitchen had plenty of utensils. The bathroom is well maintained and the shower was big enough, bigger than most other accommodations we've been to where showers are usually super tiny. The Building is right on the famous Ermou street, and 2 minutes walk from Monastiraki square, which is a plus, but also might bother some people since it's a very busy area. However, we were on a high floor and could hear almost nothing from the street with the windows closed. It is a comfortable and convenient place, and would definitely recommend it.

A few minor comments: -The building door is always open during the day (it is closed at night), which was a bit disturbing since practically anyone can just walk in. And the ice cream shop on the ground floor (also owned by Soula) has a back door that just lets you in the building as well. And Ermou street is quite busy with people until late hours. I think it would be best to keep all doors into the building closed with access keys only given to guests. -There was only one medium mirror in the bathroom, although in the living room space there was a big empty part of the wall. I would add a mirror there! -The shower was spacious enough, however the shower head was fixed and big so it's not very convenient if you're trying to keep your hair dry.

We loved everything about the apartment! The beds were very comfortable and we loved the patio and fully equipped kitchen. The location was central to many shops and wonderful restaurants. We were 3 women traveling and felt very safe staying in the apartment. Our hostess Soula couldn’t have been nicer! She was very attentive throughout our visit in Athens and made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation a memorable experience. The free gelato from her yum yum shop put the icing on the cake!

Regulating the temperature of the shower was a challenge

Location and views! The penthouse apt had direct views of the Parthenon and the private patio had great views of the city. Great area to walk the city. Lots of shops and food. The host was friendly and funny and we were able to get free coffee and gelato from the shop on the ground floor.

There are bathrooms but they r a little small. The location was a bit hard to find since the hotel lobby is behind a gelato shop.
