Our room had all that we needed for an overnight stay: clean, comfortable, convenient.

Not sure what the management could do because these problems are with the customers. Some guests do not abide by the rules: we found the couch damaged by a cigarette, although the entire indoor space is supposed to be non-smoking. We found the room clean and tidy, but with an odour like that of onions, and a diaper on the outer window sill, which the cleaners wouldn't have been able to do much about, unless they had a lot of time to also check outside the windows, ventilate and deodorise in freezing winter weather!

 The location is in very beautiful near a nice walking pause in the forest just at one of the exits in Singen . They have a wonderful exterior Terrace with also the option that you could grill and it has a very interesting interior design not the impersonal standard accommodation you usually find. Room is very clean recently. Refurbished breakfast covers over meals not wet divers but nothing you to miss and the quality of the fresh vegetables (cherry tomotoes and cucumbers) was is a very positive surprise as well as the coffe. 24 seven reception staff friendly they have also a bistro menu 24 seven available and you can even get for a very small fee, acces to washing and dryer for clothes. This came in very handy for us, which had a longer stay.

Some scrambled eggs and bacon maybe some sausages to the breakfast would be nice

Fabulous property, I can’t fault it at all. Spacious family suite with two bedrooms and a bathroom far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable accommodation. Generous breakfast with good selection of food. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere. Bus stop to train station directly outside the property.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Very nice staff, real good value for money. People who complained in the reviews before mine should pay more, go somewhere else and stop expecting a 4 star treatment for this money! It's really clean, breakfast is really good. More than enough parking space. And even though they don't rent it out anymore, a double room with sofabed for 2 adults and 2 children, it was fine for two nights. We booked it last year so we could use it that way.

Only thing I didn't like was the hard bed.

Everything was modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast options were enough for us. The staff was very welcoming and all of them spoke very good English. For the price, it was very well worth it.

The walls are a bit thin, but we anticipated that considering this is a hostel.

Great location almost out of the city, but close enough to take a walk or run. Free parking was good. The room was clean and quiet - we didn't hear any neighbors or street noises. There was quite large are for breakfast, and breakfast itself was enough.

Password-protected wifi would be nice.

The hotel was very nice and the service was exceptional. Since it was nearing Christmas and they didnt have staff for the kitchen and hence no vegetarian dishes on the menu, we ordered food from outside but the staff was so nice that they let us use their cutlery and plates and we even got a drink or two on the house. A truely wonderful experience.

Late check-in is possible. It was easy for us to access the room after midnight. The rooms are clean and cozy. A great breakfast awaited us in the morning. The staff is polite and courteous. There is parking for cars under the room windows. There are many interesting places to visit around.

No negatives were noticed.

Nice hostel with colorful décor and good breakfast. Helpful staff, spacious lounge with games (pay per use). Quiet rooms, 24h reception. Parking facility just outside the hostel.

Only minor points, still I would expect these to be in order given the price. Airco is central (room controls do not seem to do much). Road construction outside the hostel makes it a bit tricky to access if you arrive by night. Rooms are spacious for a couple but if you also put a sofa bed, can feel cramped.

it's very clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly. No noise from neighboring rooms or in the corridor. Big parking place. easy to reach by car.

Breakfast is not so good, could have been more varieties provided. Not worth for the money. No dustbin covers were placed. room is very small for family but fine for one night.
