Everything. This was our second visit this year.

No bath, but the shower was good. Twin beds apart would have been preferable for an uninterrupted night's sleep. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room, although a kettle was provided as soon as we asked.

The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and nice and modern decoration. The bathroom area is also nice with a shower with abundant water flow. Varied and good quality Breakfast. It does not have a parking, but there is a public one under the building with direct access to hotel at reasonable daily rate. It is about 20 minute walk from downtown, but the city offers free public transportation if you're staying in a hotel.

The air conditioning of one of the room was weak and the room did not cool down enough. There is no minibar in the room (there is a vending machine in the corridor)

The Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are incredibly large and comfortable. The staff from check in to bar and restaurant was exceptional

The only potential drawback is the location it was 25 minutes to the historic downtown. On the plus side there are restaurants and a shopping mall within 2 minutes. And there are two bus stops 4 minutes to 6minutes away and the hotel gives You free mass transit passes.

the room was hot. they dont have air conditioner, just cooling system. on the 2nd day they offered us a fan, which was good. i loved that they give out free transportation tickets.

breakfast on the 2nd day: there were no more bread and everything. i asked the staff, they said they would bring more. waited for more than half an hour. they didn‘t fill in the food section.

We loved the view and the location. The reception staff were excellent and the massage and spa facilities were great. The room and hotel in general was exceptionally clean.

There was a mini bar, but empty ? I'm not sure why its not used ? We love a cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning, however like most of the hotels around lake constance, there was no facilities for this. The breakfast is far too expensive, which is unfortunate as we found ourselves leaving and finding another location for this meal

The location was great with restaurants and supermarkets around. The commodities are very good with charme.

The parking inside the hotel could be cheaper and the breakfast should be included in the price. It's a shame to have such good conditions at the hotel and not have breakfast included.

The room was spacious, lovely, and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!!

It was disappointing that such a large and luxurious hotel did not have private parking. Furthermore, walls were thin and the first night I could hear everything happening in the room next door. I was lucky to have earplugs with me

The hotel is in a central location and has an amazing view. We really enjoyed the spa and the breakfast.

The booking comes with lots of hidden costs. From charging 15€ per day for parking to breakfast, access to sauna, spa treatments - we ended up paying 50% extra. If you want to actually enjoy some wellness, you have to pay extra. Also, it was not communicated that treatments should be booked in advance. As the spa is not exclusively for hotel visitors, we had a hard time booking a free slot.

Hotel was okay. Service was great. Room could have used better linens, more towels. My friend's room had more pillows and blankets and I found myself wanting the same.

The internet was absolute garbage. Upload of .59 MBPS and Downloads at 2-4 MBPS (wth?). I pinged front office multiple times to no avail. Could not take any calls/work. Had to do from cell phone.

the location was wonderful and the room was exactly as images/description portrayed! we were very happy with the space and view in the room. we also really loved the coffee in room and had a wonderful experience at the bar/lounge area with excellent service!
