On our first night, we arrived just when the kitchen had closed for dinner....the wonderful host still set our table and provided a wonderful, full dinner for us! They even noticed that my girlfriend and I liked to sit next to each other instead of across from each other during meals, so every time we came down for breakfast or dinner, the hosts had our table set up in that special configuration! Very kind and attentive people. They also were very accommodating with parking our two vehicles, even giving up the Staff parking to us for the first evening. When we opened our room for the first time, we found that the staff had set up a cute area for our dog, complete with a full water bowl and complimentary dog food! The entire staff ensured we all felt very welcome in their beautiful lodge!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this place.

It was absolutely beautiful and gave the real winter wonderland experience.

The only thing that was the shower was small, especially for tall people. But it was work the sacrifice for the rest of the beautiful things

At the hotel restaurant, we had three dinners of outstanding quality during our three-day stay. They were good and offered at reasonable prices. My wife and I enjoyed the local cuisine here. All foods to include meat, fish, breads and vegetables are very mild and bland.

The water flow of the shower is a little weak.

The restaurant is closed at Sunday evenings. But they gave some other options for restaurants.

Lovely stay, room was spacious, food was good (half board) albeit a bit on the salty side for my taste, great swimming and sauna area. Good value for money in my opinion but depends on your budget and expectations.

Coffee maker in the room but no sugar/creme/milk which was odd.

Nice reception by the staff - everything was prepared and we got a newly renovated room with a terrace and a huge bathroom. Location as such was in a small, quiet town Altglashütten. We were allowed to take our dog with us. People were very pet-friendly!

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were both wonderful and staff was excellent and informative. Room was good size with great views. Pool and sauna area was also great after a day snowboarding.

Great location, top dinner

The kitchen was amazing. Especially the fishes and I also liked that they accepted the dog even if we had to pay a little extra. . I did like the swimming pool and the relaxing area. Even if a sauna free of charges would have been better.

I didn't like the fact that the elevator was broken. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't have internet in the room upstairs (2nd floor) only in the commun area. I didn't like that the room was very small and as a solo traveler it was okay but I was expecting a little bigger from the picture on the website. I didn't like the "fitness room" which is probably around 2m/2m.
