I booked this hotel very last minute. I normally stay at a different hotel nearby. But I am so glad I found the H+! I will most likely stay there again. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's oddly high tech, but that was interesting! They also have a very good gym, which is important to me. Good location, if you're working in the area. Walkable to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly and I loved the front desk chocolates.

I had an issue getting the treadmills to work, but that's really the biggest gripe I have. Maybe some instructions for using the heat/air conditioning would be helpful... it was a bit confusing.

Modern, simple and very well thought-out rooms with a focus on the essentials. Very good bed ideal for my back and its problems, desk, TV and good shower. Two small free bottles of water for the night or thirst on arrival. The breakfast is rich and offers something for everyone (incl. vegetarian and vegan). For me the ideal location as it is in walking distance for my business meeting in Eschborn. Parking is available for a fee (15 EUR) next to the hotel. I will come back.

Sometimes you have to wait longer for someone at the reception at night, and special requests regarding the invoice (e.g., VAT-Id) was a challenge. BUT: employees are all very kind and find a solution... simply postpone invoice printing to the morning before breakfast and you get a perfect business stay ;-)

the breakfast is really good. the staff did their best to make our stay better. The real assets are Aizat and Marco at reception, Lena and her colleagues at restaurant. The food is fresh and its variety satisfies everyone's requirements. Celina's burger is really enjoyable. The facilities are new and cozy. I've stayed at various hotels in the corner of Frankfurt. This is one of the best choices I made.

The tables in the rooms could be larger to make it convenient for placing laptops.

Lovely and relatively new hotel. The room had a small side window to allow fresh air from outside in. Typically in these types of multi floors you are locked into breathing only inside air. We were very happy with the option to allow fresh air in! Everything was new, very clean, staff very pleasant and professional, great parking options onsite. We highly recommend!

We were excited about a hotel with its own on-site restaurant, even though prices are inflated. The schnitzel was not good, a cheap, hard fried piece of meat. It is a lovely restaurant and staff were very nice, but the food was not good. Would seek out another dining option in the future. Wish it had been good.

Its a decent hotel. Staff at the reception were proffesional and helpful. Except the manager.

The reception manager is arrogant and rude- I believe his name is Michael. The restaurant staff need some hospitality training, they lack basic skills and made me and my mother feel like they are doing us a favour by bringing us food. Other receptionists(again, besides the manager) were lovely.

It is all new and very beautiful. I think it is a brand new hotel. For 2 adults and 2 children two rooms were connected. I feel like a king. I was on a holiday. I am used to hotels on business trips and the quality for this place is better than most places I was on the same price level. My family also enjoyed a very nice breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was underdressed ☺ it was all great.

Gift voucher not redeemable on food at beak fast but only on drinks at bar After paying cash for all my drinks and food every night only to be told on last morning that i should have redeemed it previous night as could not be used for breakfast Rather stop the incentive scheme of vouchers or train your staff to have discretion After a great stay a rather sullen attitude person left me feeling unhappy after spending 800 euros All because of a few euros voucher

Very easy to reach / spacious & clean parking / very friendly staff at reception / very well designed room. So many details that are a perfect fit. We liked the fact that one door serves for wc and bathroom. Nice concept. Every aspect of the room you can see has been thought off. Very clean. Not very spacious but good enough. For the price we paid it was a super-hotel.

Pretty and new hotel situated in a business area. Very good breakfast (omelette in request was prepared), nice restaurant with schnitzel menu for dinner using the same place. Modern room, very clean. Parking 18 eur/night, no street options available. For us it was on a reasonably short distance from Messe Frankfurt (and reasonablr price compared to other hotels during fair)

Nothing particularly. A bit highly priced though. Good if you are by car or on business trip in that area. Otherwise nothing to see or do arround.

Clean and modern looking room. Well arranged and thought out. The restaurant and bar stayed open until late. Well stocked minibar with strong refrigerator - to keep your own things too.

WiFi was not good. At times it was acceptable other times not even that. I had an electric car and there were no electric chargers in the car park. You have to walk outdoors (a short distance) from the parking to the hotel. Not very convenient, depending on the weather. Not all personel were super polite an responsive (but some were)
