We arrived late and tired and were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff. The room was larger than expected, large comfortable double bed, beautifully designed bathroom. We went to the bar super late and although they were about to close, they still let us have a drink and plenty of time to enjoy it. Stylish bar where we returned the following nights because it was so nice. Breakfast was also nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food, different juices and other drinks. Good choice of breads and cereals. They also cater for early and late breakfasts. The hotel is close to the wall memorial and the underground. So easy to get around the city. Check-out is at 12 noon, which is another positive. Good wifi in the room. We can highly recommend it and will certainly be back.

Good location, excellent breakfast, nicely engineered doors and windows, very quiet. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very well serviced and clean. Very pleasant stay.

Restaurant was all about appearance and food quality was poor. We ate three meals there - the first, “seafood soup with prawns” had one prawn - which seemed a little mean. A pizza Napoli came doused with passata - it looked like a whole carton had been dumped on it - the waitress’s explanation was that as there was no cheese on this pizza, they added more sauce. Result was inedible and sent back to be returned marginally improved, but still soggy. A spaghetti dish was returned as it was on the wrong side of al-dente. In all cases, the presentation was very appealing, but largely inedible. Avoid this restaurant - there are plenty of excellent local options.

it was really clean. the staff was nice. we enjoyed the location. the best was gym, with great equipment. beds were very comfortable. no complaints about the room.

i didnt like breakfast wasnt included as well as the swimming pool and sauna. it is a bit expensive on top of the room price to pay extra for.

For it's very acceptable price, location, comfort etc.. this is a very good deal & hotel. And an excellent breakfast!

We booked the hotel partially because of the swimming pool & spa. But before going there we read from reviews & comments that the spa is payable, 24 €/person/day (?). Lot's of customers were surprised and disappointed. Thanks to these reviews we were prepared and didn't use it, so no fuzz. But even though the hotel will say it communicates clearly, I didn't see those remarks while booking, nor were we informed when checking in. My advice is: communicate this as clearly and proactive as you can to avoid deception.

very stylish, very clean, very comfortable hotel. the staff were on the whole very good especially in the restaurant. Waited a long time to receive our drinks from the bar wait staff, but it happens. The rooms were excellent, very clean, comfortable beds, good shower. the bar area was good, and apart form one occasion, prompt and courteous. Superb fitness facilities and spa, again clean and well maintained. The restaurant was superb, both in the quality of the food and the service, also provided a good choice of meals. The breakfast was also well above average, lots of choice, well presented and great quality. whilst not in the centre, very close to the "U" stations with great links to all of the sightseeing hot spots. All in all, this was a top notch hotel, well above average

We made a reservation without knowing it was a Turkish hotel chain. Honestly, once we found out, I lowered my expectations in several ways as Turkish person. But after staying there, we left very satisfied. The staff includes both Turkish and international employees, and everyone was very kind and helpful. You can easily communicate in English, Turkish or German. Everything is designed to appeal not only to Turkish guests but also to international tourists. The breakfast was truly impressive. You will find everything from traditional Turkish tea served in a samovar to bacon and vegan options. Even the bathrooms had bidet showers, which I had never seen in Germany before. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were quite spacious. My favorite part: separate duvets! Despite being a large hotel, it was surprisingly quiet. The neighborhood was clean and calm. In terms of transportation, even the furthest tourist spots (like the East Side Gallery) take no more than 30 minutes and one transfer to reach. If I come back to Berlin, there is no doubt I would stay here again. For the price, it honestly exceeded expectations.

We spent two evenings at the bar. It is a cool bar, though the menu and cocktails could use some improvement, the look of the bar sets higher expectations. The spa costs €25 for external guests and €20 for hotel guests, which makes the price difference feel a bit pointless. Since it’s a daily fee, paying that much just for a short visit which we wanted—like 2 hours in the evening—seems too expensive. It would be better if there were flexible pricing options for short-term use.

Great hotel; great location, fun decor, great buffet breakfast. However, a serious warning to all those booking through Booking.crap: ‘ shuttle’ is not that, it is a private taxi company which couldn’t care less if it leaves you in the lurch, at the airport, late at night, with two large suitcases. So if you are offered a ‘free shuttle to the hotel’, don’t believe it for a second, be prepared to make your own way to the hotel, when you’d been looking forward to the shuttle bus all week, but it didn’t appear. I’m a highly experienced world traveler and this has to be one of my worst ever let downs. They have refunded me my taxi fee of £58 but it was stressful to spend my first evening of the holiday emailing and explaining this experience. Clearly not able to deliver a decent travel experience. Will be closing my booking.com account.

Only the aforementioned experience

The hotel was lovely and very well appointed, the breakfast buffet was amazing and all of the staff were very friendly. The hotel was used for quite a lot of big conferences so was lively with conference guests. I think they could do with another bar and less restaurant’s. You can buy travel tickets in reception at the same cost as at the station. I think they also did visitor attractions as well but we had booked those already online. I really want to come back with the rest of the family!

The pillow in the bed was very very uncomfortable and so we both ended up ditching them the second night as woke up with sore necks in the morning. There wasn’t any printed information about the hotel in the room which I think was missing. For example I knew from reading reviews that there was a spa charge and children could only got at certain times but there was no information in the room and I didn’t want to get my daughter all excited about going swimming only to be turned away when we got there so I didn’t bother in the end. Tbf I was also slightly scared of meeting any naked people as well (which I have found in other German spa’s and I am just far tooo English to not giggle)
