The location is great, single train direct from the airport and a short walk from the station. Room was clean and tidy and had all facilities needed for our stay. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very helpful in answering my questions and gavr us free breakfast on the house which was very much appreciated! The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it both days - plenty of variety of continental as well as cooked breakfast. The staff was also very helpful in holding our luggage the day of checkout until time for our flight away.

Although it was a very warm weekend, water from the tap did not feel cold enough when set to the coldest setting. Lady at the front desk on second day was unfortunately not very helpful when we asked about renting bikes. The hotel did not let us rent a bike even though they were holding our luggage (which was appreciated). She just wrote down a name "Bikini" for us and did not explain it was only a place to find bikes for rent. We would have appreciated some advice on the process of renting bikes (first timers) but I think the lady was struggling to understand us.

The hotel boasts a very central location, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Front office service was excellent—professional and helpful throughout our stay. It’s conveniently located near both U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, making public transportation easily accessible. There are also several good restaurants nearby, adding to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

One small suggestion for improvement: the front door was a bit confusing to navigate at first, and clearer signage or design could help make entry more intuitive.

Amazing location, great breakfast. Staff is trying to help. Beds are comfortable and we managed to checkin at 11am.

They are starting their cleaning around 12pm and finishing at 3:30pm so if you want to rest during lunchtime, that would be an issue. Some of the rooms are facing the street (which is a quiet street) but still you could hear music and people talking. Windows are not sound proof.

Top location, rich breakfast, clean rooms, espresso machine in the room. Amenities such as shampoo and soap were high quality ones. You are at the heart of Ku'damm.

There were 2 elevators but the left elevator did not work during all our stay. Hotel was crowded and we lost lots of time due to elevator queue. It was horrible. Spa area has a problem with keys. They have given me 2 times new key in order to open the spa door. It did not work at all. With towels etc, i waited elevator for 3-4 mins and came down to reception. Then somebody from reception came to Spa and opened the door.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with modern and new facilities. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially for a European hotel. Both the train station and bus stops were just a few minutes' walk away, which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were seamless and fast. A big thanks to the team for the surprise room upgrade and the complimentary breakfast—we truly appreciated it!

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the hotel. Maybe the guaranteed check-in time could be a bit earlier.

Very spacious, comfortable room. Very big and comfortable bed. Cernral, lovely cafés and restaurants in the area, short walk to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus stops.

We stayed in this hotel many times. This time we had a room in a different wing, and it was just on the S-Bahn tracks. The windows are excellent and noise proof, but you couldn't sleep with the window open, just with closed windows and aircondition on.

Very nice hotel, in a lively neighbourhood full of shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean and modern room. We really enjoyed the huge bed. Located in the western part of Berlin, it’s well connected by means of public transport, by S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Bus, all in walking distance 3-4 minutes from room to platform.

There were works going on in the sauna area, so there was only one sauna available, but I assume this will be resolved in the near future. There’s really not much negative to say about the hotel.

Excellent breakfast choice and served until 10.00 on weekdays. The reception staff were very helpful, after my companion's bag did not arrive at the airport, although the problem wasn't resolved.

There wasn't a USB point in the room, so my companion couldn't charge her phone without paying for an adapter. Seems strange for a modern hotel.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious and the location was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, both front desk and kitchen. We had dietary restrictions and they were so thoughtful and helpful, especially Oli and Isabell, they went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel amenities and the room is well thought out and with special details. Highly recommend!

Breakfast had a good choice of options, all excellent quality and well presented. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Kurfürstendamm so it’s excellently placed. Savigny Platz S-Bahn station is 3 or 4 minutes walk away. There are LOTS of restaurants of all sorts within a stone’s throw.

The Van Gough bar is OK if you want cocktails and eye watering prices - otherwise, give it a miss.
