The hotel felt really modern and clean. Really nice aesthetic. But the best part was the location. Super convenient and beside a main train station with easy access to the airport and a U-bahn to get around the city.

Not an issue for me as I was travelling with my partner, but the shower is in the main bedroom and not private in the bathroom. So maybe not ideal if you’re visiting with a friend.

The design in the room is very good also the free bottle of water and nicely filled mini bar. Also the shower products are very nice

Sink and Shower in the bedroom is weird. I travelled solo so not a problem but I wouldn't like than when travelling with someone else. A little privacy is nice!!

Location was good, right next to the main train station in Berlin, however very busy road on exit and quite a walk from main areas, not a lot around other than 2-3 restaurants. Room was really good other than the shower being part of the bedroom as opposed to the bathroom, so wouldn’t recommend going unless you’re extremely close and open with the other guest haha. Room was clean, decent size and lots of extras and amenities. Room had air on which was great. Was able to self check in and check out, which was so quick and easy. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were quite blunt. Bars and restaurants within the hotel weren’t open a lot of the time

This hotel has a nice lobby and a beautiful entrance. The room was intimate and perfect for a couple. My wife and i celebrated New Years + our Wedding Anniversary. I asked the hotel to set up a something nice in the room for my wife and they did an amazing job! With cake, wine and rose petals!! Our room had a great view of the city and a seating area that would be great for a morning coffee. This hotel is literally right across the street from the Berlin Train Station which made it very easy to walk to and get to many locations throughout the city.

Central location next to the Hauptbahnhof. Fresh innovative design, harmonious color patterns of the room. Modern with some innovative ideas.

The room was very small. No chairs and no bed spread, no place to sit in the room other than in the middle of the bed linen. Although the room appeared to be frequently cleaned, a extensive amount of dust covering on everything, especially visible because of the dark glossy surfaces. Very little space for normal daily things, again, other than the bed. Very unprofessional behavior of the receptionist on the time of arrival, who especially and loudly shouted the booking price we paid across the lobby, other staff members were pleasant.

The location is super convenient with both the train station and tram stop just a stones throw away. That being said I was super impressed with the sound proofing in the rooms as there was extensive building work outside my window and I couldn't hear anything until I opened the window. The rooms are gorgeous, dark and moody in design with everything you could need available. The shower was incredible, great pressure, felt like a massage and heated up super quick.

Sometimes it was difficult to find staff to help in reception and the check in machines didn't work very well. One time I had to go into the restaurant to get assistance.

Staff were good. The bar was excellent and the barman made great cocktails and looked after us very well. Room was very comfy and clean and well looked after every day. Great location and keeping hold of our bags on the last day was really helpful. The 20% off was good for using the bar /restaurants

Thermostat in the room was odd and didn't quite get warm. Check in machine didn't work well or fast so on check in and check out we were helped by a person which actually was much better and nicer. The 20% off would have been easier to apply if you just showed your room key

Small hotel room that met our needs for a place to stay that was extremely close to the train station. The front desk helped us with public transit, so it was perfect! We weren’t able to check-in early, but we were able to store our luggage.

We booked a city view room and I would say there was hardly a city view. We tried opening the windows or going on the terrace but our room must have been above a restaurant ventilation system because it smelled of food the entire time we just kept the windows closed. The terrace is strange because it’s connected to the other terraces for other rooms, so that’s potentially a safety concern.

Clean, safe, good location, fantastic breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. A couple of minutes walk from the main train station, which offers access to the whole city and beyond through a range of transport options (S-bahn, U-bahn, bus, tram, train and taxi). Short walk from Reichstag, Tiergarten and Brandenburg Gate (15 mins) and 30 min walk to Checkpoint Charlie.

The bed in our room was built on a platform about 40 cms high. Anyone with any level of mobility issues would have struggled to get into and out of bed. I think this probably only applies to the beds on the top floor as those rooms are a bit smaller and the platform allows for more storage under the bed. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the night we had to eat there due to staff absence so cannot comment on the evening meal, however if breakfast is a guide, the food would have been of a good standard.
