Just got back from our stay in the resort, and wow, what a great experience! It's like a nature retreat that's super close to the city. I was amazed by how huge the spa is—way bigger than I expected. My husband and I had a couple's massage with a view of the forest, and it was just perfect. The outdoor areas are fantastic. We’re definitely coming back to try the water sports and check out the beginner golf area. Big thanks to the kitchen staff for accommodating my dietary restrictions—they did an awesome job. The staff were all super friendly, and we had some great chats with the bartenders. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway or a fun trip with friends. Highly recommend it!

The spa area and the saunas were a real treat! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which were plentiful and replenished even until a few minutes before closing. Lots of good walking trails in the area.

Outside parking (the less expensive option) was difficult during the day, so we were forced to park in the garage (which was the more expensive option).

For a weekend getaway, I really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in the same building as the sauna area, so it was great to throw on a bathrobe and then just jump on the elevator and arrive straight to the sauna, pool and fitness area. Breakfast was really nice, and even included mimosa ingredients and egg station, which was a first for me in Germany. Staff were perfectly nice. Fitness center was better outfitted than a lot of other places I have been, which made working out nice.

We were there in November, which seems to be offseason and when the onsite restaurants are closed, and didn't come by car, so the only food option after 6 pm was the buffet. I was a little surprised that they didn't have any snack options at the bar, and it wasn't clear from the guide in our room what our other options were.

Great pool and good spa facilities. The hotel offers 2 Saunas, 1 steam bath, and a nicely sized outdoor pool with an adjacent quiet zone. There are 2 indoor pools (one larger that connects with the outdoor pool and a spa-like, "quiet", relaxation & floating pool). The Hotel provides a private beach and access to the pier. The main terrace at the Lobby level is overlooking the property and offers views of the lake. Breakfast choices were great and above expectations (including an omelet station). We had the suite room. It's a very large room with some free amenities like coffee and tea. The staff was very professional and polite (despite some issues at the check-in). I gave it a rating of 8 because of some logical issues - but it;s really close to a 9 rating .

Check-in Process (very long) and Rooms were not ready at 3 pm. Limited late checkout options - but you can pay extra to use the facilities till later in the day. Parking fees are not included in the room rate.

First Of all I would like to thank the Team of the Resort Because they were amazingly Friendly and Professional. I was there with my wife and our kid They were super Happy and we enjoyed our visit. And I would like to thank the night shift receptionist We went down to get a drink but the bar was closed, However they managed to offer us drinks although it was not their Jobs.

nice grounds, decent gym, saunas, swimming pool, buffet - especially breakfast.

the management appears to try to save money with small extras. like free nuts on the bar at Happy Hours. the staff are not properly trained although some were outstanding. the drinks were way too expensive. The facilities in the beauty area lacked a steam machine which is essential for a decent facial. A pedicure costs 79€ without even nail polish. The online reservation service for the spa procedures is difficult to use and not connected to the computers at the property.

The hotel has a big territory so even with lots of people it was enough space for everybody. The girl speaking Ukrainian on the reception was super friendly and helpful

The rooms are a bit outdated, there was no water offered in the room and the tab one was a bit smelly. Monday morning was very noisy since 5 am when there was a lot of movement of the cleaning service people ( garbage collector's car was super noisy), not a single grocery store or smth around the hotel which made it a bit inconvenient since you could not buy hygiene supplies

The location is great, a huge lake with a beautiful forest around. The resort is big and offers a nice spa. The buffet was good also, especially breakfast.

If you don't know about golf or sailing, the place is just a simple resort.
