I love the spa area. Very clean and, the outdoor pool is amazing. The room was comfortable and, clean. It was very quiet and, we did not hear anything. We slept very well. The stuffs were very nice and, they have a small shops in. My husband tried the little gym and, he was satisfied. The breakfast is pretty good.It was the second time we were here.

We had taken the half board and, they did not include any drinks. Maybe it could be nice to have just a bottled of water. During the weekend is very full and, a lot of kids made a bit noise sometimes. ( the problem is the parents do not control them ) Maybe it is good to go during the week for a couple. The parking is 12 euros per day.

Room was very nice. The spa was maybe a bit small, but overall very nice. The staff was very forthcoming when asking about some more vegan options, e.g., if the main warm veggie dish in the evening was only vegetarian not vegan, they offered to make you some vegan sausages. Intermediate food options offered also included a lot of vegan options, also a lot of nice drinks etc.

Breakfast was probably good for a lot of people; I would have wished for a little more vegan options, though. One can have a passable vegan bowl of cereal, but not much more. There was a vegan salami for the bread (but only available every 3 or 4 days), one type of vegan cheese (personally don't like these cheese replacements, though=, and one vegan beet root spread or something, but no margarine, hummus or peanut butter, no vegan yoghurt. There is soy and oat milk, hazel nuts, and some cereal, though. The offered dinner had some vegan options which changed from day to day, but one had to be careful as not everything was labeled correctly.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and relaxing. All the staff (from reception, restaurant and Spa) were very friendly and nice. Most of the facilities are new and modern. Great Spa, 4 Saunas, small but modern gym (was empty most of the time), indoor and outdoor pools and small pool for babies. Room was clean and new, looks a little smaller but didn’t felt so small for a couple. Very comfortable bed.

The outdoor pool is great with 30c but felt colder, and the indoor pool was also colder. I think the temperature should be a 2-3c higher and then will be perfect. There is not too much choices at dinner, but what is available was very tasty. Missing some drinking facilities in room (tea, coffee, water). Also no safe available in the room.

My husband and I had a really nice and relaxing week at the resort. It was actually our wedding anniversary :) The water temperature in the thermal pools was perfect, making our stay even more enjoyable. So as the dinner and breakfast buffet were generous with a great variety of options.

The waiting/lounge area in the reception feels outdated and could be made more cozy.

Very clean room. Big wow to housekeeping, cleaninf all those glasses pf the bathroom everytime. Bed was superb clean. Good location. Great breakfast buffet. Buffet in the evening or a la carte possible. Vegan and veggie options. Cute nivea shop inside.

The bathroom in the room is very unprivate, can't really close the door, you hear every sound. All in all good stay.

Very pretty and calming room decor, breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and variety was offered. Wellness area is well maintained.

The free coffee break was a nice cry on top but the quality of the cake leaves plenty of room for improvement. But obviously a personal decision.

Excellent location surrounded by nature and with direct access to the lake. Great service and facilities, modern, well-built and the staff was very friendly. Food was also delicious, breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Loved the pools, the saunas and how convenient is everything. Also very family oriented and dog friendly. Will definitely come back. Would love to even have a membership with them if they create some of this sort.

the only thing that wasn’t that great was the mattress and pillows, my wife and I found them to be too soft and not of good quality but that might be just us.

not good public transportation and in the evening it gets too dark fast. you cannot go outside if you don't come with car. but if you book directly from website it was cheaper.

There is everything you need there: a swimming pool, restaurant, 24-hour shop, sports activities. The hotel is very convenient and clean. Food is tasty and you have many different options.

I didn't like the loud live music in the pool area. It wasn't helping to relax. The design of the rooms is a bit interesting. Feels like you are in Nivea commercial:)

It was everything perfect. The two pools are absolutely great the inner one is super big and no full of people so that you can enjoy ,the one outside is even better for the nice view. Dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious,a lot of to do for children too.The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing, really big
