The A/C in the room was excellent. Best I have experienced in Europe and quiet. It was in the 30s/90s degree heat while we were there. Also they have a room that fits a family of 4 which is always hard to find. Small space but adequate. But most hotel stays in Europe and especially in France are on the smaller side. But we were very comfortable. There was a music festival down the street and we heard nothing from our room. It is an easy walk to the Palace. We walked with our 6 and 10 year old kids. Several great places to eat 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. And great breakfast on site. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The parking was very tight even for our small car. But it was still nice to have somewhere guaranteed to park.

The rooms were small, but lovely. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The breakfast was a little on the pricey side, however, it was delicious and a good selection of options. We would absolutely stay again if we were visiting the area.

Honestly, there was nothing that I could say I did not like. I may have had personal preferences, but that does not mean that I would say they could improve anything. They were great.

The hotel was good, in a central area close to bars and restaurants - but in a quiet neighbourhood. My room on the top floor was well soundproofed from the outside and also from the corridor inside. You can park on the streets nearby for a short period or overnight.

With the air con off, I was still getting a humming sound from the fuse box in my room. But I removed the key card from its socket and then it was fine, and I slept well. The hotel is non-alcoholic, so no bar and no beer.

The location was perfect for Versailles Palace and other local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and cool in very hot weather and equipped with both a kettle and well sized drinks fridge with a strong shower. The staff were lovely - friendly and understanding of our gluten free requirements as well as extremely courteous opening the door and carrying my case up the stairs.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked

Loved this hotel. Perfect for our short vacation. The staff were wonderful, breakfast and coffee were excellent, close to restaurants, walking distance to the palace.

That is hard. There was really nothing we didn’t like. One minor thing that could be better was the shower door wouldn’t close all the way so some water leaked on the bathroom floor. I should have let them know but I forgot. It was very minor.

The location was excellent! In a quiet street with some lovely restaurants around. We walk just 10’ to the Château. The breakfast was great and the staff super lovely. The bed was also very good!

The bathroom was not the best. The shower couldn’t stay in a good position and the water was running out of the cabin all the time, making the floor wet for long. Also the flash in the wc was not working good. As we went there to the Bal of Versailles and had long dresses, to not have a space to hang the clothes was also not so good.

Great location, with few restaurants right around the corner plus many more 5min walk away. Versailles is a nice town on its own even without the chateau, so we walked the streets and the market and enjoyed spending the one night here. The chateau is 10-15min walk, area is safe and pretty charming. The hotel room was great, modern and clean. We didn't use the breakfast as we preferred to hit one of the cafes nearby, but there was free coffee and drinks.

All was great

Great location and staff were all very friendly and helpful with our requests. Only 10-12 min walk to Versailles. Nearby on the same road you have many restaurants and bars for a local bite to eat or drinks.

Room was very small and what seemed like a small double bed, so my mistake for booking a small bed as not big enough for us as a couple. Aircon was ineffective so not sure if it was working as only a central system. No water in the room and was disappointed but realise is only a 3 star hotel.

The location was great--walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Versailles, and walking distance to the train station. We stayed three nights and trained in to Paris twice. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff was excellent, and the room was very good.

The streets were noisy on Friday night until around 23:00.
