Well located near train station, very quiet with an extremely helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet is good.

Room was a little disappointing initially, the window faced an interior room, the pillow was lumpy, shower controls a little hard to figure out. But these things didn’t matter that much and we wound up liking the room because it was so quiet and we needed the rest.

We really liked the look and the location, the parking was a bonus too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was really clean and nice and warm and had comfortable beds. We will definitely go back.

Unfortunately we didn't have hot water for our shower but we were offered complimentary breakfast and just the fact that the staff were so nice about it made all the difference!

Location was superb, near to the Marche Victor Hugo and most of the central area we were visiting. Rooms were good. Value for money was excellent. Hotel had character, in a good way. Breakfast was excellent. Management very accommodating.

The hotel approximately 10 minutes walk to/from Gare Matabiau and bus station. Centrally located. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. They accept luggage for storage prior to check in as we transited in Toulouse on our way to Lourdes.

We booked a standard double/twin and rooms are small. Good for short stay. Steps to get to elevator.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Since we left early, we didn’t have time for breakfast, but the location was excellent – just three minutes from the train station.

Everything was perfect – nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel was 5 to 10 min to the train and bus station, and to the city center. There's a very good bakery downstairs. The room was very clean and good for short stay. One can leave luggage prior to actual check in date.

Staff, location, on-site parking

Noise from the center square of the hotel. It felt like we shared the room with all other quests. The rooms are murky and in need of renovation. The fitted carpet was a turn off.

Clean, good location (close to the train station), and courteus staff.

Didn’t like the low ceiling in the roon and breakfast not so great (boilng your eggs yourself is not practical).

Breakfast was good but coffee terrible. Room was clean but not comfy.

The breakfast was pretty good - they had proper fresh orange juice that you helped yourself to. There was a reasonable selection of pastries and meats and cheeses.

I don’t like the pre-authorisation payment that we had tp pay upfront. I have never had to pay that before. My bank took a very long time to reimburse the money and as we had paid for the room in full when we arrived both times, I didn’t see the point…
