This is a one-star hotel, in which category one can't find too many in and around Strasbourg, and it is beyond doubt the best and the most cost-effective in its category. The rooms and bathrooms are just as spacious as one can expect in this category (all rooms are equipped with a separate bathroom), the location is very good (also with public transport), there is a shopping center and restaurants nearby, you will find lots of parking spaces and an excellent wifi signal and, apparently, also a 0-24h reception service. The breakfast is basic but tasty and affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful at any time of the day.

Everything was OK.

We paid for breakfast but good value. Rooms compact and comfortable. Suitable for brief overnight stay but would not be for a holiday. Little bathroom with good shower. Comfy beds Wi-Fi was good and worked well. Location good for the motorway and also quite easy to access the centre of the city for sightseeing. Burger King near by which was Ok for meals

Having to -pay 5 Euros extra for parking and tourist tax. . The rooms were hot and small and would have benefitted from air conditioning. There was a fan, worked well but on the wrong wall so most of the air went straight to another wall and not across the rook making the fan ineffective. Such a pity

Many of the reviews of these premises were extremely judgmental and I believe unfair. Yes, it is a no-frills hotel but it was clean and comfortable. The best aspect was, without doubt, the reception staff, particularly Leyla. I obtained her name because I was so impressed with her level of competence and service, truly exceptional and I have stayed in many hotels, often quite expensive ones. I would not hesitate to stay there again and it was only some difficult circumstances that necessitated my stay this time. If you want 5 star accommodation then I guess you will, of necessity, have to pay for it.

Only the February weather but otherwise, no complaints at all.

Not very far from Strasbourg train station. Just maybe 15 minutes in the tram and then a couple of minutes walking. Not the first time I have stayed here. Nice little hotel. The staff are lovely, the rooms are small but for a solo traveler like me it was perfect

It’s just a small thing and maybe it was my own fault for booking very last minute. My room price was €159 (including breakfast). I felt like maybe that was just a little too much for 1 night

Clean room, comfy bed and pillows, helpful staff. We arrived at 10.30 pm and when we found out there were no towels in our room, the night receptionist sourced 2 towels for us.

When I booked I was told parking was free but upon checking I was asked to pay €4. Secondly I specifically asked for a room without stairs, but the night receptionist gave us a room on the first floor. The hotel facilities also listed toilet rails but there were none.

The price and quality ratio at this hotel is excellent! The location is very convenient as well. The staff are very kind, helpful and patient! A special thank you to the lady at the reception who welcomed us on the 14th of December evening for all her help, time and being so patient with us! Thank you very much for the stay of our group and helping to sort out all the issues!

Very friendly personnel, good price compared to other hotels in the area. Public transportation in short walking distance. 3 comfortable beds in the room.

The rooms are small, especially the bathroom, but it was absolutely fine for what we needed. Check in line was long and moving slow, but staff was extremely friendly and professional.

I don't understand why all gives low note! The hotel is on a very quiet place! Yes the rooms are small but it's clean when you get it! Yes the out for terrace is a bit mess up but not because of the hotel but because of the clients that don't care! The stuff is very friendly and tru to satisfy the client! I recomad this hotel!!!!!

I liked how it was small yet so comfortable and perfect for the price. We stayed one night and i think it’s a great option if you’re for example on your way to Paris and want to stay somewhere overnight just to rest - this is perfect. Also great option for those who are visiting EuropaPark in Germany few kilometers away and don’t want to pay for overpriced hotels next to it. It’s like 20 to 30 minutes drive away.

Nothing to dislike, for the price it was great!!

The first touch we had with the stuff which was extremely polite and friendly. I liked the specific interior of the rooms, the cleanliness and the big bright bathroom. About the breakfast I have only a little note - little more attention could be paid to the products that are more in demand and make them more available to all guests and not only to the first few in the row and the others should wait for the next delivery. Yet in any case the breakfast was very very delicious (a remark from all of us 3 🙂) and satisfies different tastes. I would recommend this accommodation and would come again.
