Location was good, stunning views, pool was clean and great for cooling off with the children, room was very spacious, modern and clean and staff were friendly.

Our room had 2 windows, however, only one opened, the other had been purposely decommissioned. A fan was provided (temp was over degrees) but being able to open both windows would have been helpful. Our room also didn't have a balcony (one of the few rooms that didn't) which was a shame, other than sitting in the garden (we were top floor) or in the communal lounge, we had no where to sit and relax in private. The room did have 1 chair.

The room was really cosy, liked the design - chalet style, it was exactly what I was searching for. The bed was comfortable, room had good heating and also the bathroom was new, probably quite recently decorated. There were 2 buildings, we stayed in the one with the reception and restaurant, cannot say if the other one has the same conditions.So all in all, loved the conditions. Then I appreciated the attention of having a wine gifted with a personal dedicated note, really nice and thoughtful! The food at the restaurant was really delicious, we had the new year’s dinner and it was excellent! The breakfast was good as well. The staff was friendly and considerate. Definitely recommend it for a winter vacation stay!

Nothing upsetting for us but would mention that they had a heated pool and sauna, but unfortunately the sauna was broken and the pool was outside, covered but not like in a proper room so was freezing cold and this is not something I I personally enjoy. The breakfast could also have had more variety than it did. Also, staff’s communication on the our booking’s breakfast option and its pricing should be more proactive and transparent.

We had a fabulous view of mountains right from our bed. The pool and sauna were excellent amenities and the pool also had great views. The breakfast buffet had great variety, with eggs, beans, fresh bread and croissants, meat and cheese, yogurt and cereal. Our room was comfortable and offered coffee. Wifi was pretty good.

The location is difficult for those without a car. We had to call an Uber all the time to get to the train station.

Great view of the mountains! Great location, not far from the cute town of Salanches. Convenient access to the hotel via a circular road. (although for some reason Google maps gives a different route). Large spacious parking. Good breakfast - eggs, cheese, ham, tasty yoghurts, cereals, good bread to choose from, desserts, pastries.

It's great that there is a sauna, but the pool is small. It needs repairs, the water pressure in the jacuzzi does not work. Also it would be great if there was a hot tub outside, even for an extra fee. There is no air conditioning in the room, you need to open the balcony to get fresh air.

Location, facilities, great service, friendly & accommodating staff, cleanliness, Christmas lunch menu, free parking, comfortable beds, location of spa , gym & pool areas. Special thanks to Lea in reception for the friendly & professional service & accommodating our requests for restaurant booking, slippers & pool towels., information on nearest ski resorts, restaurants around the area & in town. We even had goodies delivered to our room for Christmas Day!Service with a smile. The restaurant staff on Christmas Day lunch were exceptional too. Thank you. We immensely enjoyed our family holiday. Will definitely be back.

Room a bit too small for 3. Chairs in room are tattered & need updating. Noise insulation may not be sufficient. Can hear corridor’s next room’s & even upper floors’ noise.Limited choices for breakfast

The hotel has wonderful views of the Mont Blanc from your balcony. The rooms have everything you could ask for, they are well equipped. Even though the sauna and the swimming pool may seem small, they are more than enough and quite comfy, they’re usually not very crowded, especially after lunchtime. The breakfast was delicious, all the baked goods are freshly made on the go, you can see the baker preparing croissants, pain au chocolat and crêpes non-stop. I will go again as soon as I have the chance!

The space reserved for the breakfast is small, and depending on the day it may get really crowded, and you’ll have to wait for the baked goods.

Room was tidy and clean, amazing view, lovely staff. We stayed one night only which is a pitty as the serenity of this place is amazing. Window wide open overnight give fresh air and this view...! If you're looking for quiet place, that's the one for you to try. We had dinner on arrival, de volaille served with roasted potatoes, veggies and amazing wild mashroom sauce. Piece of art!

There was nothing we didn't like really! Just a reminder that having to pay for three meals a day per person and all the drinks will add to your booking.

This is a nice hotel. There is parking out front with security cameras (I was told). We stayed in the separate building behind the car park. The entrance smelled of chlorine as the pool is in the building but the room was fine. We had amazing views of the mountains from our room which was nice and a window that opened. We also had a fridge in the room. It's on a busy road but we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was very good.

Great value for its price. If you are here for skiing that is your place. Twice cheaper than hotels in Chamonix, skilifts are accessible by car (15-30 min drive), the closest is in Les Houches, 15 min away, very welcoming and friendly reception workers, delicious restaurant, nice little spa and a stylish room. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's not a problem at all, more like a note to the other guests. Don't believe "get directions" link in the Booking app when you are driving to the hotel. It will bring you to a fence of someone's house. Just put the name of the hotel in your navigator, then there is a better chance to find it.

The aparthotel was amazing, beautiful dining table, and snuggly sofas, gorgeous view from the balcony, loved the blackout blinds to help us sleep. The kids appreciated the smart TV so they could watch their shows from home, and they loved the slide.

It took us a while to find it as it had just had a name change but the signs were the old ones! But we got there in the end!
