The staff were really kind to greet us in the late evening. The room we stayed in was smaller than we expected, but it was enough for us to stay for the night while visiting Reims. The one thing I especially like is that we were able to order some pizzas from their bar/restaurant because we were super hungry when we arrived, and the pizzas are big, delicious, and worth it. The hotel is dog friendly. The breakfast was simple and nice. The location was excellent and strategic in the downtown of Reims and next to the train station if anyone is coming by train. Overall, we had a good experience.

Difficulty finding parking. It was kind of confusing. But we ended up finding a good spot. I wish the room was a bit bigger.

The staff were great - but all very busy, so we needed to wait to be seen or served. The Amenities were great - especially for a family. And the decor was really cool. Lots of things to do in the evening to keep the kids busy. Breakfast was good and the rooms were fine. A bit of a tight squeeze and a strange layout. But all clean and very satisfactory. It was also quiet so we slept well.

The reception area to check in was a man at a table stood up, so we weren’t sure how to check in at first. I thought he was just in working but not for the hotel. But the staff were friendly. At breakfast I wasn’t able to get a cup and cover to take away, which would have been nice as we had a long drive to do. Location is good, but be careful of the car park beside the station as we saw some unsavoury characters trying to break into cars.

Accommodate late check in - we arrived very late at 2am and were warmly welcomed. Breakfast offers everything you need and is generous. Comfortable and clean. beds. Despite being in very central location close to station, it was quiet and didn’t hear any train noises. Parking option is great and helpful. They also stored our bike for us in their storage room overnight. Fun decor in main lobby and a piano there too if you’re musical and want to practise entertaining an audience!

Nothing major. Rooms are quite small and a little tired but very clean and functional. The excellent value for money and central location outweigh any negatives.

Small hotel but lovely staff and warm friendly bar area. Breakfast choices good and right next to the main station (but didn't hear trains) so great for anyone without a car who doesn't want to carry suitcase far. Only 5 minutes walk right into the centre of town.

Wifi patchy in room. Rooms could do with a lick of paint and are not very big so would feel crowded with more than one person per room.

Great location close to both train and tram. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and good selection of TV programmes, including some English-speaking ones, which makes a big difference if you don't speak French.

Only thing available on the hotel's blackboard menu was pizza, which tasted like cardboard. The notel wasn't easy to find, with no branding or name posted outside.

The best nights sleep I have had in ages! I was worried as it was next to the train station, but it was so quiet! Also felt really safe in the area (travelling alone with my children). The town and cathedral were easily walkable from the hotel. Parking was easy in the station car park - again well lit and close to the hotel entrance. The kids were most impressed with the breakfast and want to come again. Bathroom clean and functional.

I really can’t think of anything. We have stayed in lots of places like this on our way across Europe and this is one of the few we would return to.

Location couldn't have been better, on the left out of the station and a few minutes walk to restaurants etc. Rooms are compact but clean and functional. Plenty of choice at breakfast although I would imagine at busy times there may be limited seating space.

Our room overlooked the train station so was a little noisy although our friends inner rooms were fine.

This place is exactly halfway between a hostel and a hotel, with basic rooms and baths, but clean and well provisioned. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was generous even in French terms with breads, eggs, fruit, cereal, cheese and coffee/tea.

The bath was quite small, which is common in less expensive European hotels. Plan your shower to work triangular space. A little more lighting would have been helpful.

The location is ideal - just outside of the city center and you get to the other end in 10 mins walk. Staff were very helpful with providing info, parking, and us needing to keep stuff refrigerated (no fridge in the room). The bed were surprisingly very comfy.

There are holes in the shower door where you're meant to pull the doors, but the water obviously goes through the holes to the bathroom floor. Doesn't bother us too much though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location for road access to Champagne area with plentiful and relatively cheap parking within 30m (Station car park). Good location for walking tours into Reims town centre and main restaurant area, whilst remaining outside of congested & sometimes noisy city centre. Good buffet breakfast and bar/lounge area, with reasonable prices. Very good play areas, for children of all ages - including soft-furnishing area, free pinball, table-football, large screen TV & projector TV, pool table. Multi-socket plugs/cubes with 2xUSB ports in all rooms.

Hotel bedrooms & corridors are clean, but tired and could do with new carpets & decoration. Bathrooms are relatively modern & well equipped (good showers), but small (if you are 6ft+, your knees will be touching the opposite wall whilst sitting!) Only 2 cocktails (decent Pina-Colada & questionable Mai-Tai) & 2 non-alcoholic cocktails available in the bar - much better Champagne & beer choice.
