When I booked the hotel room for my husband and I, I read many reviews that the rooms were cool and the windows were blowing. Unfortunately there were no rooms with one big bed so I booked a room with two separate beds. When booking I wrote a letter to the hotel with my requests. I asked for a heater in the room and for the beds to be moved. When we checked in all my requests were fulfilled, there were two heaters in the room and the beds were moved. We were very pleased with this, it is very nice when the hotel tries to satisfy the request of the visitor when checking in. So I will note that the staff in this hotel is caring. The bathroom is clean. I also liked the presence of extra pillows. Free wi-fi. Nice cleaning staff. There are lots of stores and cafes near the hotel. And also the subway is one minute walk.

There is no toilet brush. It is not very comfortable, because we are all people and go to the toilet. I had an uncomfortable mattress, the spring was pressing in my back and I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. The room smelled of dust from the carpet, all 5 nights I fell asleep with this thought. The cab drivers laugh that the hotel is in the ghetto.

Love the location of this hotel, literally a few paces from Hoche metro - perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, always a greeting when we came in or left. Selection of snacks sold at reception, including small bottles of wine and beer. Coffee machine and water refill station at reception also was really appreciated! Family room was a good space for us with our two mid size children, proper size beds for the kids which was nice, so often they are small. On site parking was a massive bonus, we specifically searched for somewhere with parking as we have a large XC90 and this was perfect - underground and secure, code entry (phone the hotel for the code on the day you arrive) and the stairs come up right by the hotel entrance.

The carpet was massively stained and in desperate need of cleaning or replacing, the rest of the room seemed clean though so probably just unlucky with this! Some people may find the groups of men hanging around on the streets intimidating - I am female but never felt unsafe around them, there were several who wished me a good evening (or morning) which was really welcoming. Only other thing for me were the beds being a bit hard, but that is personal preference and not really a negative for that reason!

Very helpful personnel. We left our luggage a couple hours before and after our stay. Good breakfast. Clean towels every day. Kettle for tea and coffee inside the room. Metro, Macdonald, bakery and supermarket are just a one minute walk. If necessary you can handle a less budget for breakfast from places nearby.

A very very small room even without a wardrobe and less that 80cm around the bed to move. Not suggested for older people and with some disabilities. Also at the last breakfast hour 9 to 10am I saw that there weren't enough personnel to faster handle toppings. Some guests saw the lack of food even coffee and bread but only for the last hour.

50m to metro. Location to get to Paris city centre is easy (25mins to Louvre). Rooms were clean and quiet in general. Has underground secure garage. Decent hotel for its price.

1) Parking is a bit confusing. It’s not clear that you have to get a PIN code from the check-in to open the parking garage. The instructions that the hotel share describes the process as easy, but its not. Also, no elevators from the garage to lobby - so be prepared to carry your luggage about ~30 stairs. 2) The surrounding area of the hotel does not seem safe when it’s dark. Don’t recommend hanging out alone other than accessing the metro.

The location was terrific, less than a minute to walk to Hoche metro station, with frequent trains to Gare du Nord & City Centre taking about 10 minutes. It is a real community area with some cafes, restaurants and a good choice of supermarkets. There is also a large shopping centre next door to the hotel with terrific facilities. You know what you are getting with Campanile and here did not disappoint on any aspect. The room was so clean and the daily cleaning service meant that my room was immaculate each evening. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities impeccable, there was always plenty of hot water available.

Air conditioning was advertised but this was not available due to hotel policy, as we were still in "winter season". The bed pillows were on the small side. However, these points were minor and not detract from an excellent stay.

The room was quiet. There was a desk with room for both a laptop, a separate keyboard, and an extra screen, The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything I needed. The room was fairly small but there was space enough for me and my things.

The breakfast buffet was limited by space. If there had been more room, I would have appreciated having some scrambled eggs and some more vegetables with the bacon. But there was a lot on the buffet and all that was good. I would have appreciated a safety deposit box big enough for a laptop. The surrounding quarters are not so nice, with lots of seemingly unemployed men. I still felt reasonably safe when walking home at night.

Breakfast is scarcer. The location is further away from major attractions, but the metro station is right next to the hotel. Next to the hotel, there are also a couple of small restaurants and two excellent bakeries with baguettes and croissants. There is also a large market right next to the restaurant. The environment in which the hotel is located is more problematic and not suitable for night walks.

The location of the hotel was near a metro station. So we had the option available to travel around paris quickly with the metro. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were equiped with a bathtub. It was quite a pleasant experience.

1. There were no towels, but we received two after calling room service. 2. In the morning the neighbours made noice by kicking or hitting the wall. But luckily we were already awake at the moment. 3. People of room service suddenly entered our room without knocking. Luckily for them we were just packing our stuff and not doing something intimate. Otherwise it wouldve been a big problem for them. Next time they should check the list if someone is still in the bedroom yes or no.

It is very close from the station 2m walking(15m from Gare du nord- international station) There is also a shopping centre (with big supermarket) where you can buy good wines and cheese to have your picnic at Eiffel Tower. ;) The staff are friendly and helpful, the room has a nice shower and was cleaned everyday.

The area is a bit doggy during the night, I believe it is not safe because there is no light on the street during late time.

Double windows, which block the street noise effectively. Staff are very friendly.

It’s a minor issue, but there could be charging sockets, besides both sides of the bed, also there could be more usb/type c direct charging sockets. The streets outside the hotel look a little bit unsafe, especially during the evening.
