Room was small with cramped work area, but comfortable bed. Hotel is located in walking distance to my destination, groceries and restaurants and very close to metro. I had reserved a deluxe room so had a mini bar with soft drinks refilled daily. Other rooms do not have this amenity. Staff at reception were pleasant, courteous and helpful.

The lifts were not working properly which was bothersome for me being on the 8th floor and needing to rush for appointments. There is no lobby area at ground floor as most hotels have, no comfortable place to wait for your room to be ready after a long flight. You may need to go out or pay extra for an early room.

Very good location. The metro line 1 was across the street, a two minute walk. Just two stops from La Defense with really good shopping. Just four stops to the Arc de Triumph (Champs Elysees). The staff was excellent The room very clean The breakfast was very good considering the breakfast area was not so big. The selection was great. The coffee was very good.

The bed was a little too firm for our liking. The hanging lamps were a little too close to the bed and we would bump into them often.

I visited Paris to see all the main tourist attractions and attend a concert at the Paris La Defense Arena and this hotel was in a perfect location- about halfway (15 minutes each way) in between both. The metro was right outside the hotel and very easy to access. The hotel itself was very beautiful and clean and decorated nicely. The area that it was in was very quiet and safe. The breakfast was a little expensive but very delicious and convenient so I would say it was worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Paris.

Good location. Good water pressure in the shower (but maybe it was just because we were in the 1st floor). Friendly staff.

It says in the description that the rooms are soundproof but they really aren't, you could hear both the street noise and people having breakfast through the window and the door respectively (our room was located just across the hall from the breakfast area). Pricey for the value provided, but it's probably just Paris in general, we didn't find anything else with better value when we searched 1-2 months ahead.

What I liked the most was the location of the hotel. The Metro station is across the road, which gives you the convenience to commute in Paris in Metro and trains. Moreover, the area offers many dining options and different cuisines: French, Italian, Arabic, Indian, British, etc. artisan boulangerie and wine shop! Staff hotel are very friendly. Some speak English really well, which eased communication. As for the room itself, it was of decent size and clean, the bed comfortable with a brand new mattress and comfortable pillows. It served the purposenofnour stay as we intended to go out and about rather than staying in, and we appreciated a good mattress for bedtime.

The bathroom is a little outdated. The bathtub is quite small. Breakfast could have been more diverse, and the pastries fresher. The area where the breakfast is served is relatively small. There are no other options for dining in the hotel, no other restaurants in the hotel, and I did not find any room dining service.

The hotel room is quite big for Paris size with every day room service providing clean towels and bathroom amenities, kettle, tea & instant coffee, as well as filtered water. Good location next to metro/bus station and very convenient distance to ICAO EUR/NAT office (10-15 min walking). Breakfast is nice but it took like 15-20 minutes to bring the food that was finished.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Nice hotel, comfy bed, clean rooms, decent soundproofing. Kettle, small fridge, hairdryer all good, iron available on request. Polite staff Location is superb, just opposite the metro station

No major issue. A bit too many messages before the visit: one with a pre-chechin questionnaire, another one to confirm if I'm coming (tho the payment was in advance). Electric in room safe batteries were almost discharged, beware not to leave you stuff locked 😂

Very friendly and helpful staff who would help with any questions. The room was really comfortable and had all amenities that I needed.

The only one downside to the Hotel is that there isn’t a small mirror for Make Up et cetera in the bathroom and no hangers for skirts. I think that it would be really great to have proper coffee in the bedroom or in the reception area for guests throughout the day..

Amazing clean hotel with very pleasant staff. Great location. Ease of access to metro and main Tourist atttactions. Good choice of restaurants and shops in the area.

The tea and coffee machine is in a very poor location at breakfast. Needs to be relocated Need to be made easy to use and in a safe place. Very nervous when making tea or coffee.

The location was perfect, right by the metro station "Pont de Neuilly", very welcoming and helpful receptionists, nice room, great room service (for the breakfast).

It's not the fault of the hotel, but there are road works in the area and a bit complicated to get to/from the metro. Could be a bit difficult if you use metro and have suitcases.
