I had a wonderful experience at Billie Hôtel Nantes. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and their exceptional service truly stood out. During my stay, I accidentally left a silk scarf in my room. To my surprise, they reached out to me promptly via WhatsApp and email to inform me about the forgotten item. They even went the extra mile to offer options: I could schedule a time to pick it up or arrange for them to send it to me. Additionally, the hotel’s décor is absolutely charming, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. This level of care and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Billie Hôtel for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.

The room was comfy and nicely arranged, a little small, but for two nights spending all the day outside, it was perfect. The shower was good, the breakfast excellent, the people working there very nice abd helpful. The street outside can be noisy, earplugs are recommended. It is very central so handy to visit the city or find a restaurant. I went running and in just a 1km away there is a nice canal to follow towards the north, quai de versailles, with a little harbor and then it is a forest.

The room was amazing and of the right size for a family of 4 (with a toddler and a baby sleeping in a cot). The location was very central, the breakfast pretty good, being able to fill as many bottles as we want is nice

When coming by car, loading/unloading can be cumbersome, there's no dedicated spot to temporarily park the car while getting stuff upstairs. The ensuite is on the last floor, but the elevator does not get there, we need to climb one flight of staircase… So getting the stroller to the room can be tough… And even though we arrived at around 6pm, the staff did not offer to help.

The young receptionist was so welcoming, efficient, and helpful. He spent ages really helping us with parking and a car issue we had. He rang a local garage for us as we had a cracked windowscreen. We have a campervan that at 2.2m is abit high for the local carpark. However close by there is overnight free parking in a safe street. The location is brilliant for all the local bars and restaurants.. We had a really quiet comfortable room. A great stopover on a drive south through France. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

The Billie Hotel is an absolute delight. It is a beautiful place, well cared for stylishly furnished and in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and myself and my son enjoyed our first visit to Nantes. Which was in part down to this hotel experience . Many thanks

If I had one tiny criticism is that the room was sometimes a little cold. The only heat system we could find was in the bathroom. In saying that we were warm during the night and had no complaints, only when we came back to the room in the day. It did not stop us from having a great stay.

The staff at Billie hotel provided excellent customer service right from when we made the booking to make sure we were happy with the room booked etc.. We had a lovely welcome on arrival from the reception team. The room is a little small but perfectly fine as we were out and about in fabulous Nantes all day. Bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom is spotless with very nice products and towels.

Be aware if you are a light sleeper the location is beside some very lively bars and restaurant's and the revelers are very vocal on their way home some nights past 5am. So keep your windows closed and maybe bring ear plugs to help. But you are right in the city center so this is a trade off which I would still recommend.

The decor was stunning! The location was AMAZING! Such a nice neighbourhood and city central. We had amazing food and drink places less than a 2 minute walk from every direction. I don’t understand how this hotel is classed as a 3 star? It was immaculately clean, like I said location was perfect. The decor throughout the hotel was second to none. The lobby area was gorgeous too. Where they had a lovely seating area and a coffee machine downstairs too.

The breakfast was lovely, but did lack a little bit. I think it could’ve been a wider spread, and had a few “healthier” options, as it was mainly bread, pastries, cheese and ham. However, I still think the breakfast was great, and of great quality also. They use local produce and the brioche with chocolate chips in was from the bakery beneath the hotel on the corner (the smell was Devine from our room)

Great location near the old town and all nice restaurants, cafes and bars. Price was really good for a one night weekend stay. Staff was very helpful and luggage storage service before check in and after check out was exceptional.

Double or twin room photos included both regular rooms and attics when we were booking. There was no price difference. However, regular rooms seem more comfortable than the attic. We were given an attic with a very small space, very low ceiling that makes difficult to move around the bed, and too warm because of the direct afternoon sunlight through the roof window. It was not a big issue for us since we only stayed for one night. But for future reference, I recommend making a clear distinction between different room types.

Perfect location, incredibly friendly staff, nice common area, small, but very clean rooms, good value for money.

Breakfast was good, but should’ve had some vegetables. Most of what was on offer was sweet and/or heavy on carbohydrate The air-conditioning was a bit wonky, but it did work. These are minor complaints – it’s an excellent hotel, and I recommend it enthusiastically.

The Billie Hotel exceeded expectations in everything. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We travelled in a group and stayed only one night. ( sadly as I could have easily stayed longer). From the interaction with the staff , the beautiful decor in the hotel, the comfortable bed and the location in a vibey area close to everything ( yet quiet enough) this hotel is a gem! The experience was closer to a 5 star.
