I had a nice stay. The place is pretty new (along with the residential buildings next to it it was designed by Jean Nouvel team I think). The room was clean and really sound proof, and I was on the tenth floor so I had good views of the city. Everything in the kitchen worked fine. It's not close to downtown, but if you like walking you can reach it on foot. I walked back to the hotel in the evening and the area did not feel unsafe.

The staff were most helpful and arranged for me to do laundry whilst there (reasonably priced). Always a bonus when you're on the road. Whilst not a central location, it is no more than a few minutes walk to two different metro stations (and the line serves the places you're likely to want to go to). There is a grocery store just down the street, so if you plan on cooking on the hob or using the microwave, you're well catered for. The room was well equipped with fridge freezer, though no toaster or kettle - having said that, I reckon you could use the equipment in the communal breakfast area in the reception. There are also vending machines, which are very handy and reasonably priced too. The bed was comfortable and the room had a lovely view over the mountains. You'll probably find you need to use the fan they supply. Always handy to have a desk and chair to sit at, in case anyone needs to work whilst there. I think there are also co-working and conference facilities there, but had no need to use them.

The stay was pleasant and the reception guys are just lovely, always friendly and helpful with any issues you might have with accommodation and other stuff. The metro station is super close (just 6-8 minutes of walk) so you can reach any place you want. Loved that patio was opened 24h, you can always go downstairs and peacefully sit, drink coffee or smoke (if you do). The room was spacious and clean, mine was on 10th (last) floor with a beautiful view. There's a little stove and kitchenware in the room, but no kettle, but a coffee maker. I had no issues with WiFi even though I read in the reviews people were having it. A nice place to stay for the quality/money ratio.

Be ready to see some rats on the patio in the evening time though, but it's France, guys :D

Nice room, with fridge and kitchenette. Close to supermarkets, and metro station. The room is clean, dishes were clean as previous guests left them. There was a fan in the room. Staff were always very kind and helpful.

Have to go around a building to reach metro on its other side. Would be nice to have a short way. Supermarkets start at 8:30 or 8 (SPAR), but the accommodation cannot change this.

The location of the hotel is interesting. It's close to the dome and on the way to the city centre you pass by a palace. There are two hotels we stayed at in Marsylie, this one and one in the city centre. If I organised the trip again I'd keep it the same way. The hotel itself is like a quality student depo with OK sized studios that have the tools necessary to have a comfortable stay.

In our room we could hear the highway a little bit at night sometimes as it's outside the window but it wasn't a show stopper.

Room was very nice,you had everything what you need inside.Crew in a hotel was so nice.

The only negative thing was that the hotel does not have air conditioning, but it is already highlighted when you check in.And every room gets a fan.

The hotel is short walk from metro - we never waited for more than 10 minutes for one to come. There is also grocery store close by. There are electric blinds in every room and we had them down during the day so the room didn't get as hot. We felt safe walking to metro.the staff is really nice and helpful. You feel safe in this hotel as there is reception open and you can only come into the building if you zre a guest.

I needed instructions to use the stove top. An outlet for the coffee machine I. the kitchen area would be useful. I thought that the area just in front of the entrance should be cleaned and hosed daily. It is quite discerning to walk by garbage strewn around the lovely trees, walk around dog excrement left on the payment, and walk by the strong smell of dog urine. A daily quick pickup and hose down would solve these problems.

My husband and I felt very comfortable staying in Montempo. The subway was near, and the bakery nearby Montreux was yummy.

The surroundings did not please us at all. The neighborhood seemed dangerous for arriving at night. Nothing happened to us at least :)

Very helpful staff. Laundry option in the building. Comfy beds and a fridge in the room.

We had a room facing the LeDome, but I would have preferred a room overlooking the yard and without the highway noises.
