THIS IS A VERY GOOD OPTION IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN A SAFE AREA VERY CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE.TO BEGIN WITH, THERE IS A TRAM FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL(THE TRAM STOP IS RIGHT OUTSIDE IT).IT RUNS ON REGULAR INTERVALS STARTING AT 5:00 AM IN THE MORNING EVEN ON SUNDAY.IT IS CLEAN,THE STAFF VERY POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING AND THE RESTAURANT ON THE GROUND FLOOR IS DECENT.RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET THERE ARE TWO SUPERMARKETS AND WITHIN 7 MINUTES ON FOOT A MALL. MOREOVER, THE CITY CENTRE,THE SIGHTS AND A PLETHORA OF RESTAURANTS,CAFES AND PASTRY SHOPS ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.THERE IS NO HAIRDRYER IN THE ROOM BUT YOU CAN ASK FOR ONE AT THE RECEPTION DESK.THE ROOM SIZE WAS GOOD.

Booking.com messed up our booking! We paid for a triple room (with a child's bunk bed) Ibis. However ibis could only see a booking for 2 adults on their system. As a result they had put us in a double room for two adults. When we worked out what had happened the Ibis budget staff were helpful and moved us to a triple room in the main Ibis hotel next door. This was all handled fairly swiftly and efficiently with no additional charge. Otherwise a good experience, clean, decent room. Good location, great price.

Considering the price and location, we have no complaints.

Nice location very close to the center and the tram to the airport. Possibility to store luggage for 2 euros per room, and a bar inside the hotel. There was AC in the room which was great as it was very hot. Bed was comfy and we slept well. There was a water dispenser which was great to refill our bottles before going out.

The rooms are really small: there is no space to store clothes and bathroom product, hard to move around. The first room we had was with a shower that didn’t work very well (hit/cold water). Note: there was no brush for the toilets.

Smart, small, practical, efficient. Perfect for work or if you only need the hotel for sleeping and having breakfast. Bed very comfortable. Silent bedroom even if I was staying at the 2nd floor and close to the road. No noise. Breakfast acceptable (no very diverse but enough). Staff very nice and kind. Clean. Close to the city center and very well connect with bus, tram (15 min walking to center).

Perfectly located, we took night tram (A) from airport and bus stop was 80m from Ibis and the next days had a small walk to reach to city center. Staff was extra nice all the time and we really appreciated free refill for water!!

The room was indeed small, not even a wardrobe. And the floor our room was located is under renewal thus noisy on week days.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Simple thing but option to sit inside or outside hotel after a lot of walking, tourist things, having a drink or food from local supermarket really helped to unwind & take a breather without having to go to hotel room to do so. Also, simple thing but free water fill ups in main lobby area was invaluable, particularly given extreme heat of recent days.

One coffee machine for all of the hotel guests breakfasts not enough, although all very patient & understanding. Other than that breakfast options great

The location is great, walking distance from many sights. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The room had air conditioning and everything we needed. Breakfast here was better than most other Ibis Budgets we've visited. They had croissants, pain au chocolat, breads, crepes, many different cold cuts and cheeses, fruit, eggs, coffee, and juice.

The Ibis budget elevators did not go down to the parking garage, you need to use the Ibis side. Parking was difficult to reach with construction, but is easy to use. A delivery van parked in front of the entrance as we left blocking anyone from going in, and our Renault Clio could barely fit past.

The hotel was located really well to visit Bordeaux on foot. The tram was very easy to take to the airport as it stops just outside the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and very good value for money. The staff were very helpful. The room has everything you need and the bed was really comfortable. There is a small supermarket opposite if you need anything.

Really pleasant staff. Good location, a short walk from the heart of Bordeaux. Small rooms but if you just need a place to sleep then this is great. Daily housekeeping and a laundromat just a short walk from the accommodation.

Nothing, we knew it would be a very small room when we booked.

A functional room with a big bed and an extra bed (which wasn't actually prepared, they just give you a bag with the clean sheets and a pillow). Small but provided with everything needed in a small trip. A TV, a window with natural light, a fully equipped bathroom. Special thanks to the staff: they were all nice, spoke Spanish and were eager to solve any doubt. Coffee and croissants for breakfast, also toasts with cheese or jam; apple and orange juices. Water machine available 24/7!
