The triple room was modern and fresh , and nice and quiet , the hotel was ideally situated for our visit to see Wroclaw Christmas market . The reception staff were very nice to deal with and very helpful

The twin room we had needed updating, located at the front of the building and was very noisy with traffic all night including the tram, which sounded like being on an airport runway .. nothing the hotel can do about the traffic, but better glazing would help

Beautiful old building with an internal courtyard. Great breakfast. Staff is very nice and accommodating. They helped us courier my daughter’s cuddly toy (prized possession!) which we left behind by mistake.

There were mosquitoes on the first night because it rained and we left the window open by mistake. The staff provided a mosquito repellent plug on the next day

The location was great, walking distance from the main square and the train station. The room was big and the bathroom was lovely!! Breakfast was excellent. We got still and sparkling water in the room every day.

The room decor was a bit dated. Also we have arrived just when season for mosquitos has started.

The location is very good - by walking distance from the city center. The staff is kind and the check-in was very fast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice breakfast.

The hotel was in the finishing stages of a renovation. Our room was not yet renovated, but the only downside of this was the lack of power sockets - one in the room and one in the bathroom.

What we liked was how big our room was. We took a double, and it's muuuch bigger than a one-bedroom. Breakfasts are great - you can really fill yourself up for a day. The location is awesome - 5 mins to the city center, many walking routes to browse the city, shops, restaurants etc. The location is top!

The room wasn't really clean - shelves were dusty and I found this out after I put my clothing there( Also - the stuff doesn't clean your room regularly, so I put a badge and asked to clean it at the reception to ensure. Noisy neighbors might also be a problem since you hear everything as if it's next door. We used ear plugs.

The hotel and the staff improved incredibly lots in a very short time. I loved it to be there. It's a very clean hotel with lovely staff and very good breakfast as well. Everything was excellent. The location is great , shopping centres, museums, restaurants and shops are for short distance. The airport bus is at the corner technically. Good value for your money. The rooms were huge with high ceilings, the location was perfect for us and it felt very secure! The shower was also great!

There were only 2 sockets available which had to have lamps removed, the room was a little tired compared to the pics (maybe we weren't in a renovated room) but perfectly adequate!

Pillows were unconfortable, doors in the shower were just a pain, really bad design, there is only 1 electric plug in the room and 1 extension cord from side to side of the room, seems really bad

Our room was on the tram side of the hotel, it was very noisy and the corridor had a massive urine smell. The staff is not too friendly.

Huge rooms. Really high ceilings and lots of space. Very clean smelling sheets. Kids play room great to have. Tasty breakfast. 5th floor looked newly renovated and restaurant also good condition and attention to detail. A lot of character and charm, obviously was once a fine hotel.

Quite dated and some parts tatty...shower head broken so water squirted out through cracks in handle. Two of the four plastic chairs had cracks in the seats. Wall paper peeling in corridor. Lift 1978...no inside door.
