Was very close to center of town and businesses

It is under construction and the internet was out most of the time. I left a week earlier than expected and was not able to get my refund back, I reserved for two weeks. Contact my third party booking agency for guidance but they said it was up to the hotel to make a decision on the refund.

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The property is in walking distance to stores and restaurants. There was no need in cranking up the vehicle. The property was very clean. Everything was in good working condition. There was complimentary water and coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was a definite plus for the stay.

It was a little outdated, but nothing to write home about. The lobby was a little small, again not a turn off.

Awesome hospitality the staff was amazing and helping with an early check in ..The place was clean and didn’t have a rug Oder when you Walked in there .the room was clean comfortable the staff was awesome specially the young lady with the breakfast . Who I seen everyday there greeting and smiling I just loved the stay there .

I didn’t like that I checked out so early

The girl with the locs at the front desk is always welcoming :) i enjoy her attitude and the way she handles things !

There was a really foul smell coming from the sink and the shower and the toilet. I wasn’t aware that they lock the doors at a certain time and they wouldn’t let me in.

I enjoyed the facility but most of all the staff was pleasant and who stood out the most was Mark the evening desk clerk he was so helpful and pleasant he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had everything I needed I would definitely come back again

Maybe a light cleaning if you stay more than 2days but other than that it was perfect

The breakfast lack variety protein not everyone eat Polk products. The juice machine never worked doing our stay. All my workers complain about breakfast to me.

The hotel need upgrading and modernization

Maintenance was a little lacking shower handle came off needed the set screw tightened outlet on lamp didn’t work electrical box by bed was coming off the wall bathroom fan didn’t work

Everything was great. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They had lemon water in lobby and chocolate chips cookies. Nice variety of breakfast. From waffles, bacon sausage omettles, etc.

The pool was ready.

I stayed for 3 days but unfortunately I didn't get any room service. Do I needed to request it? I needed my sheet change and room vacuum but didn't get that done

The location was great

Somebody tried to get into my room early morning but I had the latch on that whoever it was couldn't get past that. They was saying let me in and I don't know who they were. Kind of scary. I mentioned to the front desk at checkout.
