The Quality Inn has so many qualities,,now I know how why it received its name.The staff are wonderful n hard working,,they help u with any questions you might have. The INN it self is 5 minute to the falls,,I walked many days n n the Inn is across sfrom STATE PARK n nice to sit n take abreak..the bus,Greyhound, Flixbus leave u off straight across from the inn n pick up the same place..if this is your way to get there as it was mine..there area may eating places right around the INN..& ice cream places too..there is a hop on off Discover Shuttle that takes you around the city n show u places to visit like HARRIET TUBMAN,,a must go to see,,the water falls are beautiful n a qucik walk to see n fireworks at night time over the falls plus the ilumination show each night,,breakfast I found to be very good,,depends on what u eat,,my last day they had scrambled eggs,,pan cakes,,sausage, apples..oranges..orange juice,,coffee,,water,,or oatmeal. cherrisos,,waffles,,take a ride on MAID OF MIST..not far from the Quality Inn,,flowers are beautiful all over the park..get your T-SHIRTS at QUALITY INN,,they have a nice gift shop,,also I took the GORGE TRAIL n it is a nice walk,,go inside the power plant for it is free n has history inside the building with a small trail to walk,,again just a skip n hop from QUALITY INN..I will go back to the QUALITY INN..the closeness to everything,,the cleaniness,,n kindness..enjoy your trip as I did.

That it’s close to the falls itself, park and shops.

Well, this is are third stay in as many months. The first two we never had a complaint of our dog barking. This last stay on the 11th through the 13th. We went to to the food truck outside the entrance on 1st. We ordered, sat and ate. Gone maybe 45 minutes. The call from front desk. “We have had many complaints of your dog barking. For the rest of your stay. Please have one of you stay with him”. Well guess what we were in town for the blues festival. So much for that. We were afraid to go to the bar together. Didn’t want they thrown out. So next month? Friendlier hotel,

I liked that this place was reasonably priced, is walking distance to Niagara State Park and restaurants, and has their own parking lot. We arrived a little before the check in time but luckily our rooms were ready and we could check in. The receptionist told us about the nightly fireworks show at Niagara Falls, which I didn't know about. The room looked updated, the beds were comfy, and the on-site store had a lot of souvenirs and snacks.

The room had a cloudy window with the back street view but we came here to walk around and not just look out the window. The breakfast was a bit sparse for our appetite but there were plenty of food options within walking distance.

The location was great, close to everything, you could park your car, and walk every where, the falls was a 5 minute walk, the hotel was great, the hot tub was really nice, had two restaurants in the building, breakfast in the morning was good, when we arrived early the front desk lady Navada, was so welcoming and helpful, I forgot my shower chair, she has maintenance being one to our room, every morning she greeted us with a hello and big smile, even on the day we checked out, she was her amazing self helping me with the scooter I rented, thank you so much for your help

Nothing all was great

Perfectly located, across the street (1/2 block or so walk) from the entrance to the state park, the falls, cave of the winds, maid of the mist, the casino, shopping and multiple restaurants. Open entrance to Old Falls St where there were food trucks and live bands all weekend.

Parking was about a block away, but once we parked we didn’t need the car again until check out. I think if they offered valet parking for a nominal fee many would opt for it. Breakfast area was crowded but easily fixed by taking our breakfast back to the room.

Great location and within walking distance to the Niagara Falls park. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We originally had the room that we asked for but it wasn’t made up yet so we got assigned another room that didn’t have the walk in shower as requested. The housekeeping service never came to refresh towels during a three night stay. The staff for Pappa Johns was nonexistent when we first got there.

Great location, Great facilities - restaurants (hamburger place and pizza place), bar, pool, little gym and souvenir store. All. This inside the hotel!! The woman who served breakfast was very very nice.

The woman at the reception wasn't very nice, I think her name was antonnina. Also she charged my credit card and said it wasn't charged. I got a message from the credit card issuer saying it was charged indeed, and I had to insist 3 times before she accepted it. Also the gym doesn't have any weights. Only treadmills etc.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk to Niagara Falls National Park. Clean room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we noticed our vehicle would not fit in the parking garage, so she made accommodations for us to park in front of the hotel. We were not aware that breakfast was included until we checked-in, so that was a nice bonus. They had d.i.y. waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, coffee, juices, and yogurts available.

Parking lot behind hotel is very small. Laundry facilities were available but there was no laundry detergent available to purchase.

The location was very convenient to Niagara Falls State Park and the attractions. The staff was wonderful. I want to give a shout out to Gabriel at the front desk. I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service. Also Clevon. He was in charge of the breakfast facilities and was extremely helpful and fantastic. Both of these guys went above and beyond. Keep these guys!

The location is perfect, really great if you're staying just for a weekend. Everything is close. It's a very good quality hotel if you are looking for some cheaper option. It has everything you need + gym and pool.

The pool was a little dirty. The breakfast was a really good bonus, but at weekends they serve eggs and sausage, but on weekdays there's a lack of salty breakfast options (only sweet ones).
