This hotel was our must visit place since trip to Finland in June 2022, so we booked it very much in advance. The location is just amazing and I suppose it is difficult to find another hotel with such picturesque location and access to Koli hiking tracks. In May 2023 there was extreme weather with heavy snow and we managed to enjoy the view. The rooms have potable water stations and the bottle to use for enjoying the tasty sparkling water every day. We really enjoyed the stay and the unique beauty of Koli National Park.

Not a kind of dislike, just take into account that the parking is down the hotel and you will need to carry your luggage by the cable car.

Fantastic views from the room & restaurant. Everything thought for outdoors: warming closet to dry your gear, easy-to-use ski storage, hot water to fill your thermos, free sauna in the evening. We even got a bit lighter blankets as we are used to 😊 Very nice breakfast and tasty dinners

A pity there's only one sauna for hotel clients, women 17-19, men 19-21, so can't have sauna at the same time.

Great view and location, good breakfast and restaurant, terrace with a view, nice staff, the FREE sauna in 3rd floor was a hidden gem. A lot better than the spa.

The spa was expensive and not that special. All the seats in the sauna were freezing stone, the jacuzzis were not so warm, it felt silly that we were ”forced” to buy the drink or products ”included” in the spa price. The free sauna was much nicer.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The staff was friendly, helpful and we also got treats for our dog from staff. <3 The spa was great with nice views and hiking in Koli was accessible and pleasant. Also, the restaurant served delicious food and nice service. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

The cost of the spa was a bit expensive, as it was paid additionally to our stay.

Best possible location for staying at Koli natural park. Spa at the hotel is an amazing experience.

The staff was very kind and welcoming! The breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many varieties and all of it was really delicious. The view from our room and hotel surroundings were really gorgeous.

There was a towel that was stained in our room. The stains were big and brown and it had clearly been washed before but I feel like you don't reuse a towel that's so stained.

This is one of our favourite locations in the whole world to which we have returned many times. I think it is the sense of contact with nature and in particular the forest which is beautiful in all seasons

The view from our room was incredible! The staff were also very helpfully and friendly.

The rooms didn’t have blackout curtains. which really interfered with my quality of sleep. This was especially a problem since it was summer and the time of darkness outside is just a couple of hours. I was woken up by the bright sunrise at 4 am.

Location is magnificient. The top of Koli is 100m away from Hotel front door, and so is downhillskiing. Spa is perfect, specially after 20.00 for couples (no children then).

Everything else was perfect, but they should think the reservation system of restaurant tables again. We asked for table with a wiew, didn' t get. We had a 3 course meal, and during that time all tables by the windows, except one, were empty. Also was odd, that we were served by 5 different waitresses during the meal. It also took 5 minutes, before we were taken to our table. Many waitresses were around during that time. But food was very nice, and so were the waitresses, but organizing was not the best, I have seen.

Wonderful location . Minttu , our receptionist was very nice and friendly and helped us to get the most loveliest room . Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
