Good location and free bus on fixed schedule. Clean rooms. Value for the money.

Difficult to communicate with the reception. They answered positively for my question via booking, but on the spot they weren't able to provide it. And the explanation that the person which answered my booking request was from other hotel was really not an explanation. If I knew that they will not be able to do that I would problably choose other hotel. So not nice and not competent reception staff was the only issue.

On this trip being able to arrive in the middle of the night was essential - got the last bus on the airport shuttle. Soon settled in knowing that the breakfast buffet finished at 9:30 on a weekday. Easy to sleep although there was some work going on next to the building after 8am. Good bathroom facilities - shower not bath, but that wouldnt have been expected at the price. Plenty of choice on the breakfast buffet - hot and cold. The easiest way to the City Centre is to use the shuttle bus which is free and then catch the train from the Airport, and back at the end of the day. Tea and coffee in room and extra treats such as hot chocolate and sweets. Early wake up call on the second day worked great. Had a mini workout on the last day as checkout was noon - gym onsite, was only person in it at the time.

Really happy. If anything confused me it was the shower, (need to run the water fast and then switch it over like it was over a bath). Figured it out.

The breakfast was good and the sauna was very nice. The price/quality relation was positive.

I arrived in the afternoon to the airport and according to the time table (which was on the Booking page as well as on the web), there were three dots. I interpreted the dots as - the shuttle runs in the same frequency as before the dots. The hotel interpreted the dots as being "lunch break". Since there were severel of us waiting for the bus at the time I consider the interpretation of the hotel incorrect and that they should change the time table (tip: just remove the dots and everything is clear). The hotel also advertised that the restaurant would open at 18. However, when I came down at 18, it was still closed and the reception said it was only opening at 19. When I came down at 19 they had updated the incorrect information. Well done!

Shuttle bus service was brilliant from the airport to the hotel door taking approximately 10 mins. Pickup was from platform 42 as advised by hotel receptionist when we called for advise. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room was ver clean. Took the bus back to airport in the evening then the train into Helsinki for food at the Zetor Restaurant. Early departure from the hotel the next morning - breakfast started at 5am which was perfect and delicious. Bus back to the airport at 5.20. Would definately recommend hotel and location.

Our visit was too short.

The hotel is very close to the airport, with a direct shuttle every 20 minutes, which is extremely convenient if you have an early flight. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff is very friendly. We had an issue with the electricity, and it was resolved in a reasonable time. Children eat for free as long as the adults are dining. A 10-minute walk brings you to a shopping center full of activities and restaurants.

We booked a last-minute room due to a flight cancellation for two adults and two children. We knew the kids would have sofa beds, but we were surprised to find two individual sofa beds, which reduced the space in the room significantly. That said, the sofa beds were well-prepared for sleeping. There is a lot of space dedicated to a wardrobe area with the minibar and a small vanity room, which felt unnecessary given the limited room space.

This is a great hotel if you want to stay close to Helsinki airport. The rooms were pretty basic but were clean and comfortable which is very important. The bistro in the restaurant was also nice (but the food portions felt a bit small compared to the prices). The big plus of the hotel is the free shuttle bus to the airport that runs every around 20mins. The bus literally stops outside the hotel’s entry, goes to 2-3 other hotels and then to the airport (takes about 10 minutes in total). Very convenient.

Great location - only 10 min from Airport by free shuttle. Booked as had early flight next morning and made more sense than staying in city centre. Rooms a decent size and facilities good throughout. Like the idea of having a snack/sandwich bar available at the side of reception as I didnt have time for breakfast

Nothing really - 2 sets of 2x lifts to the upper floors are about 20m apart and could be better marked to show which upper floor rooms are served by them. I used the nearer set then found I had to cross a bridge to reach "my side" of the upper floor. Small niggle but if loaded with cases would be an inconvenience (I was carrying only hand luggage so not much issue)

Close to the airport and very convenient as we were able to sleep a little longer before catching the shuttle for our early morning flight. We liked having a free shuttle to and from the airport, always punctual. There is a train at the airport to downtown Helsinki we were able to do some siteseeing for a couple of hours. We stayed for one night so we didn't use any of the other hotel facilities offered.

The room was surprisingly outdated for a Holiday Inn. I remembered seeing a refrigetator as one of the facilities in the room but instead there was an empty cupboard where a refridgerator ought to have been.

The free airport transfer is the best thing. I needed to board in the morning and because it was close to the airport and there was this bus, I was able to rest well at night and arrive on time for my flight. The hotel is good, with good facilities. We were well looked after.

I don't have anything relevant to complain about. Maybe there's a problem with the shower, where the button to turn the tap on and off below the shower is faulty. But that's not relevant, it's just a detail.

I commend Ramina from reception, she was very pleasant, accomodating and very chatty. She even went to deliver the bucket of ice and kettle herself to our room.She gave us info where to go to eat as well. The hotel is fine except it didnt have a.mini fridge and also the mattress is thin. Good location as it is a walking distance to the mall and also theres a shuttle service going to the airport.
