Great breakfast, very nice personnel and in addition, afternoon tea was a nice surprise too. We also used sauna as included in the accommodation, in a public gym couple of steps away, where actually we made some Finnish friends. We will be definitely staying there again once in Oulu.

Amazingly welcoming staff! We arrived late in the afternoon and were immediately offered their free bicycles which we used for a great tour of Oulu. We could even use them all of the next day. A plus was the little 5 o'clock tea time with great pastries! The building in which the hotel is located is quite lovely and allows a peek into Oulu's history

The rooms were a bit small as was the shower The hotel's location was a bit too far away from the city center (but, again: take their bikes - the city of Oulu was surprisingly even more cycling friendly than Amsterdam)

Great breakfast, really comfy beds, quiet and peace, great location (near eateries and groceries). TV was a plus.

Room temperature too cold, couldn't be adjusted. No toiletries (tooth brush, tooth paste,...) Entry to the rooms is not clearly marked; the premise has also a restaurant so it was confusing where the 'accommodation' section is.

Lovely atmosphere, really nice old house. Teatime 5pm was so cute and it included in price. Breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were nice and the bed was comfy. My heart kind of melted there. If you are looking something little different this is for you.

If i need to think something... the bathroom classwall was little odd, but it was still ok.

As soon as you step inside friendly staff welcome's you and your eyes starts to wonder looking at the beautiful interior design with consideration to the buidling history. The tea serving at 5 o'clock was accomplished by sweet and savory treats, and somehow created a moment of tranquility, coziness and relaxation.

The location was in a very quiet area. We were able to park our car and walk all over town. The hotel also had bikes to use if you wanted for free. The breakfast included was outstanding! The room we had was kind of small, but we did see some larger rooms. It was perfect for sleeping.

Friendly reception staff. Free parking. Afternoon Tea was a bonus surprise. Clean room.

No night stands for reading books and charging phones. Breakfast service staff were cold and rough. Although the breakfast quality was good; the value was token away by the coldness of the staff.

A very nice and quiet small hotel at the edge of the city centre. Super cozy room and fantastic bed. The breakfast was delicious and The Five O'clock Tea (included in room price) was a great surpise, nice to get something to eat and drink right after workday when you come to hotel.

Hotel building is very nicely renovated old traditional wooden building. Old style is respected but with all modern needs. Staff was superb, very helpful and nice. I borrowed bicycle from hotel and spend the evening visiting several nice locations around the city centre by the sea. Hotel has a high quality kitchen which offers casual tasty lunch but in the evening fine dining. Basically you can have all your meals In the hotel. Hotel is the right choice if you choose a quality option for a typical chain hotel. This hotel invests on peaceful hotel stay. Absolutely to recommend! .

Cute little hotel in an old retirement home. Absolutely loved the 5 o’clock tea. Free parking no as well.

Wet bathroom, which is common in Finland for some odd reason. Brekkie was average, though oatmeal was excellent. Also common in Finland.
