Everything was great: the room was clean and big, for breakfast we had a lot of choices and it was delicious! I recommend it, we were students and we really enjoyed also the facilities, such as sauna and swimming pool. We had also sauna in our room, really fantastic!!

Great location, in the heart of Mikkeli and just a few minutes walk from the train station. The bathroom was modern, nicely equipped and super clean! The breakfast consisted of a large offer, including many vegetarian and some vegan options.
The heating in my room was not fully functional. Quite a problem at -25 °C outside ;)

The breakfast is one of the best we've had globally. Parking was good, close to top entrance...safe, secure. Staff were helpful + efficient. My husband enjoyed the swimming pool lots.
Our bedroom was a bit small this time, but the beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to open the windows to let fresh air in, but there was no gadget to do so.

food was excellent, staff were extremely friendly and understanding. our Finnish is very basic. Minna who worked in the bar area was very attentive. The location of the hotel is ideal only being a short distance away from the rain station and the bus depot

Good location, clean rooms and really good breakfast! I was so happy to see there was turkey bacon available, that’s a luxury for someone who doesn’t eat red meat.
Check in was kinda rushed. The line wasn’t bad, there were only 3 people - including me and the receptionist seemed to have fire burning under her feet.

Bed comfortabel. Breakfast offered lot of choices. Small swimming pool & sauna freely accessible. Free parking for guests.
Breakfast could do with proper coffee machine (for cappuccino etc.), also missing water cooker with complimentary coffee & tea in room. Shower had some black moult stains and entrance of shower cabin was a bit tight.
