We were attending a wedding at the Pacific Harbour Convention centre, only minutes away from Novotel Lami Bay. This made it the ideal location for our 5 day stay. The hotel facilities were well maintained and the highlight here was the water cooler which guests could use to refill their bottles throughout their stay, we felt this was a nice touch and so much more environmentally conscious than replenishing plastic bottles in our room daily. The buffet breakfast gave us plenty of options to fuel up for the day and the chicken parmigiana was an excellent portion and highly recommended dinner item. We found cleaning and security staff to be very warm and friendly as were the bar and wait staff.

Our stay was exactly as expected for a Novotel hotel. It was a little more expensive than other accom options, but the convenience of location could not be beat. Also, the cost of living everywhere in the world is definitely having an impact on how we travel.

Ashwini and her team were absolutely amazing. Their personal touch and caring nature, made my stay much easier and more comfortable. Whilst I stayed for work, I did bring my 84 year old mother with me for a mini holiday. The staff were patient, kind and caring . They also met all my requirements for a business trip, ensuring fast immediate turn around of my requests and business support. Novatel Lami is close to our office and I will be returning every time from now on to Novatel Lami.

Clean, great views, was so nice to come back shower in hot water, and sleep in clean sheets after a day in the villages. Was humbling to be in Suva and be amongst the people of Fiji. I had a great shower beautiful products hardly used my own products which I have been using in all the other places I have stayed at since being in Fiji. The bed was comfortable. I also got to use the gym after being a month out of the gym.

Just the toilet having to flush it multiple times but other than that all good. Some of the women that serve were a bit negative. I asked one lady if we could use a plate and knife to cut our fruit she went to the bar and came back but didn’t say anything and just stared so we had to ask another member and he was able to assist us.

Decent hotel U would say.great for corporates. Can't really complain about anything.

Jeez the service is dead slow. Anything you order expect it to be done in min 45 mins. It took them 35 mins to make a hot chocolate. It is 30 mins away from the city. Do you need a taxi. No other eating options around Novotel. The restaurant in Novotel is dead slow, crap and expensive. Giving it a 4/5 just for the room and the property did meet my expectations in terms of size, cleanliness etc. There are multiple negative reviews on Google on their food service but these guys have done nothing about it. The leadership is a joke here. This is a 4 Star hotel and in no way it reflects a 4 Star service in the food service aspect .

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful The restaurant area and pool The hammock I especially booked this hotel to celebrate my partners birthday and the staff went over and beyond my request. They decorated the room so beautifully to surprise him.

The room was very small and not enough space to move around or store our luggage The bathroom overflowed with water and wet the whole toilet area going to the room We had dinner at the restaurant on my partners birthday night, wasn’t happy with the restaurants menu and the food could’ve tasted better They charged extra for bringing cake from outside

WELL SERVICE WAS GOOD , STAFFS VERY NICE WITH LOVEKY SMIES AT ALL TIME , ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP ON ARRIVAL FAST TO ATTEND AND PLUS CHECKING DID NOT TAKE MUCH TIME WITH IN 5MIN ALL DONE AND WE WERE GUIDED TO ROOMS , PEREFCT

BREAKFAST WAS NOT AS IT USED TO BE AS BUFFET OPITON IS VERY LESS. STAYED THERE IN 2019 , BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY AND HAD LOTS OF OPTIONS THIS TIME ITS NOT INCLUDED IN RATES GIVEN PLUS PAYING BESIDE IS NOT A PROBLEM BUT NEEED BETTER OPTIONS AS CITY IS FAR AWAY FROM THERE , SO MORE VARITIES WILL BE GREAT TO ADD ON EVEN THOUGH YOU RAISE $ UP FOR THAT

The photos don’t do it justice. I think they cater mainly for work people but as a tourist to Suva this was excellent. Good was absolutely fantastic and very reasonable. Staff were 100%. No information about what you could do. For instance there’s an amazing walk up a mountain behind the hotel. And why can’t you get a boat to pick you on the Seawall for a visit around the islands in front. Even better a tradition canoe Great to see the boats racing in practise in front of the hotel. They definitely aren’t pushing the potential of their location

TV choices were terrible but really not an issue.

The location and staff at Novotel Suva are an asset to the company. We were down from Nadi for a family wedding in Suva and have tried most other hotels CBD side. Lami is a short 10 min drive to the city so we decided to base ourselves from Novotel. The location and lobby area is gorgeous and was a great place to get some work done before we left the next morning. The thing I want to highlight that has left a lasting positive impression for my partner and I was accidentally whilst checking out I left one of my bags at reception and hadn't realised this until returning to Nadi. The team went over and above and upon calling them they first offered to CDP the bag up to us which would have been fine, but going the extra mile there was a team member returning to Nadi later that eve and said she would bring it with her and we could pick it up that evening from their Nadi location. This really was exceptional customer service and we really appreciated the time and extra care they took to ensure our belongings were safely returned to us. Vinaka Team Novotel, it's experiences like this that really leave a lasting impression and I will be telling all of our friends who look for suva accom that the novotel is a trustworthy option!

Rooms need a lil' TLC, but nothing worth major note, just a little tired.

* Gym facilities, dumbbell/ kettle bell quality was much better than we expected it to be. Space was small but lovely and clean. * Bay view from the room was lovely. * Onsite Massage - 60 mins - was fantastic, skin felt amazing afterwards absorbing the oil and head massage was bliss.

* Didn't realise until later that we got charged for Laundry service that we never used, that was put onto the room account :(

Everything especially the renovated rooms and location

The fact that there is no phone in the rooms especially being so far away so rooms right down the corridor and all the rooms in New wings have to communicate via whatsapp and have to walk back and forth to lobby to key family or visitors in who don't have a room key and have to ask for porters assistance for luggage check out..small things but overall a truly beautiful view and renovated rooms are beautiful
