Central location is great, nicely decorated hotel, historic building is amazing. Good breakfast.

We booked this hotel well in advance, we put special request, that we would like a room on the low floor. The room we were given was on the last 5th floor!! The guy at reception said he will change it for the 4th floor at least. But the room "on the 4th floor" happened to be one floor up from the 4th floor, connected by a very steep spiral stairscase!! - in fact, our room was on the last floor in the attic... To add to the hotel's disregard of the guests requests, the fridge didn't work, no air conditioner, and it was roasting under the roof in the summer heat

I liked the price/quality ratio.The room itself is small, the bed had a good quality sheet without stains, the pillow did not suit me. There was no smell in the bathroom, it was clean. The room's windows faced the side courtyard, not the internal one where everyone smokes and talk. If you need additional mobility options or very heavy luggage, then I would take into account a few things: lots of narrow and winding stairs. Breakfast is available from 7 am: vegetables, cold cuts, oatmeal, sausages, potatoes, puffed omelette, herring, apples, pears, cottage cheese, jam, tea, coffee, etc. Administrator was very nice during check-in and I didn’t interact with her at all, so no problems.It was +20 outside and windy, so the room was not hot and you could sleep with the window open. Audibility in the room is good, but neighbors were quiet at night. It is a nice option for a short weekend considering the price/service/location.

Excellent hotel, good value for money. Comfortable, cozy, quiet, ideal location and authentic old building. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

I liked everything, but you have to take into consideration that the room may be small, the shower without a tray and don’t really count on watching TV.

The location is excellent, close to the Town Hall and the Viru gates, easy to find and well connected by the public transport to the bus station. The staff was very helpful, whatever question I had was solved immediately. The breakfast was very decent, with a lot of choice. The stewed vegetables are the star of the breakfast! and the kefir was an awesome quality. They also made me a lunchbox on my last day to take it with me as I was leaving too early in the morning. The bathroom was clean and they changed the towels every day. The furniture and the carpets aren't new but, for the price and location, the hotel was really a find and it was all very convenient. There are two supermarkets not far from the hotel and my room had a fridge. I would stay there again if I come to Tallin.

The coffee at breakfasts could be better, maybe a coffee machine would change the thing.

Location and atmosphere of the hotel were great. Vibe of old times was charming and pleasent. Our room in 5th floor was charming amd way up there fun.

Breakfest was good otherwise. Just couple things missing. Basic water along citruswater and refeshing Juice ,for example Orange juice, along that sweet Red juice. At bathroom toilet was left flushing and kept really loud noise at night time.

Great old hotel right in the city center. Room was decent size and bed was comfy. Bathroom was fine but shower was annoying, see negative points as well. Breakfast is included and is advised to take not in the last hour from 10:00-11:00 since its a large hotel and breakfast area is limited. The location of the hotel is amazing in the city center. Definitely recommend for a short stay of 2 nights.

- breakfast is small and the same each day. Not a lot of choice and tiny space to pick your food. Can't imagine going there in the busiest hour - Carpet everywhere in the halls and rooms, looked pretty clean though. If you are 100% hygienic oriented this might be a point of concern. - shower had fluctuating temperature which was annoying to say the least. From way to hot to luke warm constantly makes it not enjoyable.

Amazing location in the old town of Tallinn. Great breakfast. Good value for money.

As expected, the room was small, but this was clearly communicated at the time of booking, which I appreciated. What I truly liked was the hotel's excellent location - one of the best available. Same with the decor, which was charming, adding a nice touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The breakfast was quite monotonous, as it remained unchanged for the duration of my stay; a bit more variety would have been nice. Additionally, the walls were thin, so you will be left entirely to chance whether your neighbours are quiet or not. During one of the nights I heard a normal conversation for hours straight, same with television.

Room was small but it provided me all I needed: a comfortable bed, bathroom and a cool fridge to get my water bottles cool. Location couldn't be better than this. It is just next door to my favourite cafeteria in Tallinn and just a stone throw away from anything the old town has to offer. For this price breakfast was very good. Bread, eggs,, fresh vegetables and fruits and some warm dishes as well were my personal favourites.

Shower had some dirt or mold in the corners. Staff was polite but a bit short with the words. Maybe it would be nice if only part of the court yard was for smokers as the smell came in from the window.
