Property is built in beautiful style. The beds are comfy. There was hairdryer and towels. We even had a TV.

We hadn’t in our room any window (we knew that), but it turned out to be very hot inside.

The room was really pretty comfortable and I was happily surprised by how large the fridge in the room was and also that the room included a hot plate. The location is really great, as it's just a bit south of the northern gate of the Old Town (known for "Fat Margaret" tower) on Pikk Street, so that means it's close to restaurants in the Old Town but also the ferry terminals and shops around the Old Town. The check-in and check-out was easy (there's no on-site staff, so you go to the relatively close St. Olav hotel run by the same owners to complete the check in and to check out you just leave your key in the room).

Since the Old Town attracts a lot of tourists, in the evening the area around the hotel was a bit loud, but that's not the responsibility of the hotel. It's just something to keep in mind. If you read the information about the hotel, then you'll know that there's no on-site staff, so that's also something to consider if you find that important.

Medieval building, modernised to a lovely standard, plenty of character. Comfy bed. Quiet.

The basement apartment was way too warm for my liking, I turned everything off including the fridge, to get some relief. One point in evening I tried to cook and realised all the plugs have stopped working. I called reception and it did come back on, then went off again later, so got in touch through message and they sorted it . This needs fixing, travellers deserve certain standard for their money.

The hotel was lovely! It felt really authentic, a perfect location and a really comfy, clean room! Not sure why this place has some of the bad reviews I read as we loved it & it was one of the most valuable places I’ve ever stayed at!

The room was very cozy and comfortable. Small kitchen with all needed items. Overall, it was perfect. There was a big narrow window.

The water drain in the shower was very slow. The water stayed on the floor for some time. we did not ask for assistance as left early and had no time

Location is prime, right in the old town within walking distance of the town hall and also the harbour. Bathroom was well kept and clean

I couldn't turn the heating off and the room was too hot

The location is great, right at the heart of the Old Town. Room was very small but had everything you might need, small kitchen with microwave and small fridge. Beds were very comfortable.

It is located in the old town of Tallinn and the house is very old, former residential building.

Its a bit problematic that noone is on site, and one has to check in at another hotel.

Perfect location. Clean service every day, I like it. Very easy to find and the parking facility was good nearby for extra pay.

Could be cleaner.
