Good location near many shops & restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful garden courtyard, good "tipico" breakfast & coffee, good wifi. I also had dinner twice at their restaurant Soya & really liked the clasica salad with the yummy mushrooms (hongos). Had problem with air conditioner not turning off & they were quick to fix it. Soundproofing was pretty good, my room was right up front & I barely heard noise from the street.

Only small things -- water in shower was cold as many hotels in this area are; left early for airport so asked night before if I could have a coffee but only security guard was there in the morning; and no hair dryer. But I would still recommend staying here!

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a safe area, the inner garden area and water feature were gorgeous. Check in/out was very quick and easy with friendly staff. Room was larger than expected and very clean. Very nice included breakfast and good coffee.

Service in the on site hotel restaurant was very slow. It took almost an hour to get our food (we just had pasta). Another table got their food, ate, and left before our food arrived. It was also difficult to get the waitresses attention for anything, even a water refill. Stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere.

Excellent service and location. The staff is supper attentive to my needs. Excellent choice for breakfast. The guest kitchen upstairs is supper convenient. Will definitely be my go to hotel in San Salvador

Very good location in a safe area. The bedroom was spacious , super clean. Happy to see a pack with alcohol gel and hand sanitizer and wipes … a very good idea for Covid times :) all was spotlessly clean , both , in and out the bedroom. , AC worked well and silent . The staff is really helpful , polite and nice and non intrusive :) The restaurant- healthy bar is an extra point , since all food is so yummy and organic. I ended up eating and dining most of my days there and it was a great choice . Ramen and tacos are unforgettable and pancakes, and cheese cake and all I ate ! It’s the best food ever and real organic since In Europe many times organic is not . Here it is :) Coffee was also good as well as the one provided in the bedroom… much better than in other cafés:) And the interior garden where the food is served is so good go eat , read or chill. They also sell super beautiful local and handmade jewelry , headbands , T-shirts,,bags etc . They are much better than bigger hotels I’ve stayed. I think all of you should choose Cinco hotel!

Excellent breakfast. Super friendly servers. Garden like setting. Wake up to birds singing. Super quiet for bedtime. Amparo was the best, always smiling, very welcoming demeanor. Marańon seed milk for your coffee! Go for it.

Great area, friendly staff and a comfortable room. Great value for money. They also arranged for an airport taxi at 4:30am - on time, and very efficient (30 dollars).

One of my favourite restaurants is Soya Nutribar so I was excited to stay at this hotel. However, the kitchen noise was a problem at night. The staff at the hotel were nice to let the restaurant know but I think is hard to keep down the noise when they are washing the pots!

excellent location! so many restaurants close by and very safe! also there is a lab close by for antigen test. the room was very spacious, with amenities and a small fridge. having complimentary water was a plus. the staff was extremely helpful and kind. for the days I couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel they packed me a bag with delicious food. I highly recommended this property!
