The view to the Pyramids is amazing. The staff is incredibly welcoming. Big thanks to Moses and Body who met me at 5 am in the morning. Both days I was sightseeing in the morning and missed the breakfast time but the staff was so kind to serve me the breakfast at 1 pm, I really appreciate it. My favorite person is the waiter on the roof top whose name is Hassan, very nice person. And another waiter Hossny is also a nice gentle person. The breakfast includes a lot of food, I couldn't finish all of that :)

It's not related to the hotel, just be aware that it's Cairo :) so adjust your expectations accordingly. I preferred not to spend time on the streets and go to sightseeing directly by taxi.

Where to start, we loved everything! We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the pyramids. The room was small, but cozy. Hot water in the shower, delicious breakfast spread, and we loved to see the light show of the pyramids from the rooftop. Excellent service, we even got a free dinner the night we arrived, and free snacks in the room, amazing! The guys in the restaurant were so nice and welcoming, especially Hassan who helped with everything. The staff in the reception were also great and service minded. they told us about all we needed to see in Giza/Cairo, and we especially liked that they didn’t push us to book any tours with them. Overall a great stay, and we will definitely come back!

Hard and too thick pillows. A little bit expensive, but you pay for the amazing view, which we think was worth it. (room with view and balcony).

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. They have the most amazing view in the world from rooftop or room's balcony. The sphinx and the majestic pyramids are just few meters away and the view is just stunning. The staff here is always available to make you have the best experience, they have drivers, free transfer from airport, currency exchange with bank rates, plans excursions, cheap laundry service, free coffee and cakes anytime ( they even made sure to bring drinks and cakes to my friends that visited me here yesterday). Big thanks to Hassan at rooftop, to room service and reception that are always attentive to any needs with a smile. The place is also very safe day and night. The overall is better than any 5 stars in Cairo i will come back for sure. If you are coming to Cairo make sure to make your reservation at panorama view pyramids for best experience.

The staff were superb. Such a warm welcome from the start which continued throughout our stay - they couldn't do any more, they even popped to the shops to get a travel plug adapter because we forgot ours. They helped our littlest children up and down the stairs and gave us a little gift as a memento on our departure. The view from our room balcony was amazing and we were so close to the pyramids it felt like we could reach out and touch them. The view from the roof top terrace was similarly wow and you can see and hear the full sound and light show from there. The room was kept really clean and having four beds was brilliant for our family of five, not to mention the complimentary water and drinks that were kept topped up throughout our stay.

The only things that kept our stay being a perfect 10 was 1) the loss of power twice during our stay. Having said that the staff quickly rectified it within 15 minutes both times. 2) the staircase - we had to really watch and help our littlest kids (3+6) as the banisters weren't particularly secure.

Fantastic. The staff at every level give first class hospitality and personal service. Moses is a superb General manager who made our stay so good that I would visit Egypt again just to stay there. The location and balcony view over the pyramids cannot be bettered and the breakfasts are the best I ever found in Egypt with fresh pressed orange juice, mango juice, strawberry juice and fruits as well as every traditional Egyptian element. Moreover there is a grandstand view of the sound and light show every evening directly from the restaurant terrace. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It will be the best you can find across the whole of Egypt. If it were possible I would rate this hotel 20 out of 10.

The balcony rooms are quite small inside and the bathroom is very compact. The furniture is also quite old in some rooms. But these issues are easily compensated by the wonderful staff. Non balcony rooms are much bigger and better furnished.

Open your curtains and you are looking at the pyramids. There are very few places in the world where you can sit on your bed and see 5000 years of history. THE STAFF! No hotel we have stayed in has ever had such a strong team! Moses,Ahmed,Hassan, Boody and Jimmy (Tour guide) all went above and beyond to make our stay interesting,pleasant and above all fun. Sometimes travel makes you realise how important people are. A big shoutout for breakfast which is served on the roof terrace where you can look at the pyramids and people watch at the same time. One of the very few hotels in the area with an elevator!! Something we hadn’t thought of but climbing 5 stories in 41 degrees of heat is no fun!

It can be noisy in the streets but get real this is a place where everyone wants to go.
