Okay where do we start.. this hotel is a must. The staff and the hospitality just levels this place! We would like to make a special mention for Mazen who went absolutely above and beyond for us. We initially had only pre booked one tour, and I’m so glad we booked our other 2 through the hotel. It was all seamless and quite a good price, at first I wasn’t completely sure but given the area is quite run down and poor and with no phone service, it could be quite stressful figuring out how to get around, the tours with the hotel were amazing - they were with us from the second we left the hotel to the second we returned, it was a really smooth and easy experience to see Egypt this way. The drivers were lovely and knowledgeable tour guide Mohammed was great, and Mazen helps to tailor to tour to what you want to prioritise. He also took us out shopping and showered us with gifts and also helped us sort out a situation where we were scammed. He made it like having a friend, we can’t thank him enough. He even bought us juice, such a kind and lovely man, we miss him! Osama was our driver on multiple occasions and to be honest he was one of the kindest men we have ever met, we can’t commend him and his service enough, thank you! We would also like to mention Hassan who served us breakfast on the rooftop every morning, he was so kind and always offering to take photos for us and replenishing our juice and coffee all free of charge. I can’t commend the Egyptian breakfast enough! It was to die for. The hospitality from all of the rooftop bar staff was incredible, constantly replenishing snacks and drinks. The shisha was a nice touch and the view was honestly just unmatched. The hotel also has a good food menu serving a variety of yummy food, you can pay cash or card so this was a nice touch. I would say the rooms themselves are quite basic but the view is absolutely spectacular. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, not at all.

Sadly the street dogs and cats and the treatment of the camels and horses quite close to the hotel is very sad to see from your balcony or from the rooftop bar but this is out of control for the hotel and not their fault but good to be aware.

The staff was superb and attentive, from the front desk with Abdalah to the young bell boy Mahmoud who handles heavy luggage carrying, and dining staff with Tuffy and Abbo Essa, all were trying their best to please their guests. The included breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. We asked staff and manager ( FOUAD Ghonam) to organize a private 7 days excursion for our group of 6. Their quote was unbeatable compared to Viator and others, with experienced tour guides and details carried out from A to Z. We felt absolutely honored to be their guests and clients.

Nothing is perfect, our bathroom needs some minor repairs due to age of the hotel (top prized location value with commanding view of the pyramid from their rooftop) but management was receptive to our recommendations with plan for future repairs and maintenance.

I loved the location and view tough to beat ! The staff at hotel were attentive kind and concerned about making sure we were happy. The best thing we did and I would recommend to EVERYONE is BOOK TOURS thru the hotel. The price is less expensive than doing it on your own and you avoid tremendous amount of stress and nonsense. The tour guide we had was MIDO and our driver was Sam ( Sameh) ! I have traveled to 40 plus countries and 7 continents and I can honestly say they were the ABSOLUTE BEST GUIDES and DRIVER I have ever encountered . I was traveling with my 3 kids and wife and they made the TOURS seamless, fun , and very informative . They treated us like family and they were genuinely interested in making sure we were happy at all times! The best part is we avoided all the negatives of people harassing us , they knew the best spots to take pictures and were able take photos for us.The Pyramids can be quite overwhelming and very large area. Because of our EXCELLENT GUIDE MIDO , we able to see the most important parts and do it efficiently . His knowledge of the history and facts was mind blowing. He made it fun and interesting for my kids and adults. We took camel rides without haggling , saw inside of 2 pyramids, helped us find great unique souvenirs, visited museums , Sakkara , Memphis, Citadel , Mohammed Ali Mosque, Egyptian Civilization Museum , Coptic quarter, ( Saw the cave Jesus, Mary , Joseph lived in for 3 months when they fled to Egypt). We never felt rushed they always wanted us to be happy even if it meant longer hours for them. I can t recommend enough how great our Tour Guide was. Our drive Sameh was always waiting at the closest spot to minimize our walking in the Egypt sun. When our outbound flight was moved up 2 hours , he was able to navigate the Cairo traffic efficiently and safely. When my child got ill they made a quick stop at a pharmacy to help ! Dont do Cairo/Giza without a tour guide .You will regret and pay more money!

There was a power outage on the last night , which threw us for a loop. But the staff did all they could to accommodate us.

Our stay was pleasant from start to finish. Everything was clean and the view from the rooftop was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to our driver Sameh, who was not only an excellent driver but also a delightful companion. Also, our tour guide Yessir had extensive knowledge of Egypt and its history, making our visit very engaging. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is awesome ,It definitely has the best view of the pyramids, the best staff, awesome food, incredible vibes, very family friendly.

Very friendly staff , we reach the hotel earlier because our flight landed at 3am in the morning.the hotel staff were kind enough to check us in earlier than usual time, welcomed us with yummy drinks and make us comfortable on the rooftop. The room they gave us was good except for bed sheets were not clean. They shifted us to a pyramid facing room free of cost and the breakfast was amazing… the view was to die for and you can see the light and sound show for free from rooftop🇪🇬💯💯

The hospitality and service, they were super attentive and friendly. All staff were very attentive, from the reception to the room service. Their welcoming was so nice and they do this with all their guests so it’s nice to see they care about all the people that come in. They help you with the tours as well and even if you want to have a walk around they’re very attentive and help and even walk you around and show you a bit, they’re very honest about the tourist traps and try help and guide you to not fall for it Overall it has been such a great stay and will definitely come back and suggest it to other friends

The only con I’ll say it’s maybe the food didn’t feel as fresh, but that could be just me as I am very picky with food, and also sometimes some things from the menu were not available but overall my family enjoyed all the options they had And not sure how they look after their staff, they did seem a bit tired, specially they waiters, I guess it’s because they’re all day in the rooftop, but even then they were still very attentive, I hope they are well looked after :)

Best location to have breakfast and dinner with the pyramids. Staff are friendly and very accomodating. We have arrived early in the morning and was given a room and free breakfast just as we check in. Abdullah and Musa from reception and Hassan from the cafe are just some of the staffs who'll go above and beyond for their guests.

Small shower facilties and toilet flush needs improvement.

The staff were absolutely excellent, particularly, Moses and Hassan, who treated us like royalty, nothing was too much trouble. The food was beautiful, both continental and traditional and the waiters were so attentive especially Hassan. The room was beautifully clean and had all necessary ammeanaties and kept clean daily by Ali. All our tours and transfers were taken care of and they even sorted out a local sim card for my phone and set it all up for me. The tour guide we had was named Medo and I would highly recommend asking for him and his drivers Abdullah and Sama as they were so knowledgeable and friendly, they really made our stay extra special. But the highlight of the hotel is its roof terrace which has the most amazing view of the pyramids, they are literally over the road. If I ever go back to Egypt I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service provided by Abdullah and Moses. They were very accomodating and go above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable during my stay. They also have curated tour packages and anyone who has not planned their travels while in Egypt can refer to them and they would provide detailed explanations of their tour packages. Hassan also provided excellent service during breakfast. There was a choice between Egyptian or Continental breakfast and the spread provided is extensive. Very satisfied with the services provided by all of the staff. The location of the hotel is right outside the pyramids of giza so the view from the rooftop is amazing. With the price paid, the view itself is worth it.

The road in front of the hotel is very crowded during the day as there's many people trying to get you to buy things, donate, or even offer themselves as tour guides to enter the pyramids. However, as mentioned by the hotel staff, do not follow any random strangers anywhere. Get your guide from trusted apps and websites or even from the hotel itself. Should you want to explore the area around the hotel, go to Moses and he'll gladly help to walk you around the area to show you the shops around i.e. pharmacy, gift shop, etc.
