Unexpectadly exceeded all.... I have become accustomed to lowering expectations in Santo Domingo so this was awesome. Came for business but enjoyed it like a getaway. Breakfast was awesome.... A really generous and clean hotel... quietly modern.... pays attention to details, comfortable beddings.... I will definitely remember on my next stay in Santo Domingo. Oh... the rooftop pool, gymn and restaurant were awesome too with nice views of the beach and the city ... love love... great parking.... food at the restaurant was also great. Roomservice breakfast.,... simply awesome.

Our stay was quite pleasant overall. The location of the accommodation is excellent, close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Some areas for improvement would be to provide a cleaning service to collect the trash or tidy up a bit, to supply paper towels in the kitchen, and to enhance the breakfast offerings to better meet expectations in terms of variety.

Convenient location on main strip and beautiful views from rooftop. Exceptional room space and amenities were very impressive, especially the roof top pool. The property was well kept and the staff was pleasant and attentive to all services provided. Great bargain for a resort-feel hotel that also included daily breakfast. All meals were delicious and served quite hospitably.

My only complaint was a stained and hairy mattress cover.

We originally booked for 1 night but we had to stay another night! We came from an Airbnb before coming here and it had issues. So we then moved to this hotel and The water worked, and the WiFi worked unlike the Airbnb. Rooms are just amazing !!!!! I recommend the balcony rooms, on a sunny day ! Everything was clean. The food was just amazing and I mean amazing !! Breakfast and dinner gosh ! Pool, spa, gym and rooftop were all great additions to the stay !

Fast check-in. Appartment are in life as they are in photos ! Well Equipped, comfortable bed Breakfast, both dominican or Continental are very good View from the terrace is very nice. Only 300 m from the underground station. Nice to go running in the morning on the malecon

The bathroom was not super clean, though it was acceptable. I had a room in front of the casino. I was worried by the noise but finally was ok I needed a fiscal invoice and it took me more than 20 minutes to obtain it while doing the checkout, evnthough the previous evening I had given all necessary information

Staff was nice, breakfast was okay, just one option, not a breakfast buffet, The location was okay, very high traffic area, noisy, congested all day long , back to hotel which was 4 miles took hour and half . Nice kitchenet , fridge, and parking,

Service was very slow, room service took over an hour, TV was in the bedroom, not in a living room, Construction next door!

Spectacular layout and view.

Broken AC in living room. Dangerous broken light switch in bathroom. Bathroom shower could have been a little bigger. Even a normal shower size would be better enough for a couple to share. Too narrow. I am not a very large person and by myself I was very tight and leaning against wall or freezing glass. Unable to share the show

It was super clean. The staff made sure to constantly clean the suites and the common spaces. They were quick to fulfill every request and my friends and I really liked that. The property was close to all of the nice restaurants and was easily found by Uber drivers which was our main method of transport.

Location, facilities, the property is well maintained and equiped. Will stay there again soon.

Would be nice if the smart TVs had a logged in account of either Netflix, HBO maxor similar. Would suggest having individual table sugar packets available, but that's more of a suggestion rather than a dislike.

The atmosphere. The room. Dual Air conditioners. The balcony. The breakfast. Having lunch and dinner available upon arrival To DR after a long day of travel.

Delay with attention to our plumbing issue and then no maid service.
