Central and safe location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food types and restaurant options were many. Variety of pool options to choose. Lots to explore. The property provided additional nightly entertainment. Enjoyed the casino. While it was kid friendly, both parents and staff ensured kids were well mannered and not disturbing other guests.

The toilet in room 11103 had trouble flushing just regular tissue at times. Took 2, 3 flushes. Additionally, the Score was the only restaurant open between 3;30 and 6 for non-diamond members, which made getting food during that time very difficult, as most of the resort was hungry at the same time :) A second option would be great.

Royalton Bavaro has absolutely everything you need! We didn’t want for a single thing the entire week!

Bali bed rentals were advertised as available for everyone to rent but were only available for diamond club. “Scoops” was advertised as a great gelato shop but actually had no gelato or ice cream. We couldn’t get wash cloths to our room the entire week.

Well laid out. Easy to find restaurants and facilities. Staff are friendly. Carlos and Pedro with gust services and front desk were exceptional.

Antiquated, backwards, old fashioned check in and check out that takes far too long. And if you add on days like we did you need to go through the process again and again instead of doing it once.l, especially when you’re not changing rooms. Getting luggage to or from your room takes far too long and it’s faster to take the bags to your room yourself. This property has the same address as the Royalton’s two other properties next door. Get it straight to make booking much easier!

The staff is 10/10 they go above and beyond for everyone and make sure your stay is amazing. They go all out for entertainment they take into consideration kids activities all day which I loved.

The only issue was lunch time ! There wasn’t real food for as lunch options just burger and hot dogs.

All Inclusive!! Welcome drinks given as you check in. Food and drinks were amazing and readily available throughout the day. Most staff members were super friendly and communicative. The Beach area was to die for, the lazy river was the best next feature. We spent a couple of hours just going around and enjoying a nice cold drink along the way since they literally have a bar located in the lazy river where you make your pit stop to refill and you just keep going!

Beds were uncomfortable but it didn't affect our short stay. Both times at the restaurant dining that wasn't the buffet area we had to wait a long time to get a table if we didn't make a reservation and then after you got sat down it took another 20 minutes or so before someone acknowledged you and got your drink order. The dining experience both times lasted over 2 hours not including the hour wait just to get seated. So I recommend making a reservation. Longer walks to most restaurants but with all the food you eat, I guess we need that extra walking just to burn it off!

Overall, great atmosphere & amazing staff! Niruk was very helpful & made sure our stay was as good as possible! Very good customer service. This is a resort I would recommend to everyone.

Every restaurant we went time waiting in a food was 60-90 minutes Steak House made a nice lobster presentation but it was difficult to cut on a little table with many plates and a baby. We asked to clean and bring it back but Chief didn’t help us In Brazilian they brought chicken/pork and turkey at the end when everyone was full with rice and salad bar. room food delivery 60-90 minuts Bad phone service The worst is a problem with golf carts ride to the restaurant or back. It’s hard to catch one or they put a lots of suitcases in front of you. Or take another people who came later on. That’s awful! Why didn’t make separate service ride with people only And luggage And some drivers weren’t nice

Amazing beach and very close (from a diamond club rooms) Just walk in. Diamond club the best thing we’ve done. Very recommended. Not so much people on a beach (especially with Diamond Club) like in another places. Beautiful view on an ocean from a room. Large size of room and balcony with hot tub

I wish they have golf carts only for people with 5-10 minutes ride to the beach. they mostly time busy with suitcases. As if you want to go to restaurant close to main lobby it’s complicated. So better to have strollers if you have baby or little kids. But it’s ok if you like to walk

To be honest there was nothing that I disliked, everything was perfect

I liked the installation, very modern and well maintenance, the staff is super friendly I hardly found people not enjoying their job (I specially remember Tomas the guy that helped us at the beach and Jose the one at the bar they were both super nice and helpful) the food overall was great and the drinks good quality.

My only complaint is that you have to wake up super early to be able to get a reservation at the Japanese restaurant, the first day we went at 9am and it was already full ands the next day we were there at 7:00 and the guy didn’t show up until like 8:20am. Also from 3:30-6:00 pm there was no food place open except for the score bar and the waiting time at the bar was close to an hour to be able to get your food.
