It was our second time in Grand Palladium Punta Cana. We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach is absolutely great, the sea is warm (only sometimes and some places sea grass, but bearable). The pools are clean, sunbeds comfortable and thanks to not fully occupied hotel very easily to find even in later morning. We appriciated the activities by the pool (morning stretching, dance lessons, zumba...), the entertainment team was fine. What I liked the most was the range of food offered - in three very big buffet restaurants (with very well prepared broad range of cold food - I loved the sushi!, hot food, fruits, vegetables and desserts) as well as in cca 10 a la carte restaurants included in the all inclusive package (range from indian, japanese, other asian to italian, argentinian, spanish etc.).
The only a bit bothering thing was the slowness and tragic organization of staff in restaurants (mainly in the buffet type). It is nice they serve you with drinks (so you dont (= unfortunatelly cannot) pour yourself a glass of water or a cup of coffee), however, due to a total mess it happened to us not once that we got no water or no other drinks during our entire time spent on breakfast, lunch or dinner... The staff is abundant, but very badly organized. Sometimes very nice, sometimes too indifferent and almost ignoring. "un momento" was a common response to our pleading for drinks or napkins or forks and knives missing on the table...

The food was the best, the beach was beautiful, the drinks were awesome, the activities were always very fun, the people were very helpful
My room never had a phone and I had to go to the lobby every time I needed something like the hot water that we did not have for the first two days. Other than that the hotel was perfect

Very big buffet with a wide variety of food. There are also a lot of 'A la carte'-restaurants to chose from. The whole hotel area is amazing.
Sometimes electricity went off fore some minutes and some of the amenities in bathrooms were broken.

There are 4 resorts in one basically. Although you stay in one, you can enjoy what each one has to offer. The property is so well kept. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I was able to get reservations at two of the restaurants and the food was delicious. The Cathedral buffet was also delicious. The staff were all so sweet and attentive. Definitely staying here on my next visit.
Since we went during high season, the train that takes you around was a little slower to come around than other days. Nothing too bad. There was a lot of seaweed in the beach but that’s normal for this season so I knew to expect it. I couldn’t really soak in the beach water because of it. Thats just Mother Nature though.

Honestly it was a great hotel with very great service. Amazing rooms, great views, and nice pool areas as well. Always clean and very attentive staff. AMAZING SPORTS BAR BTW, favorite place.
Felt kind of dead at night, there was barely anything open at night and very few activities. Also, this resort is huge and offers trains to ride you around, the issue with this is the train barely passes through and by the time you get to catch one you are already at the location you wanted to go to in the first place.

Our stay here was awesome! The room 3018 was spacious, clean and right at the pool. The food in the main restaurant was excellent and very tasty. It is kind of tricky to get the table reservation in a la carte restaurants, but that depends on the current occupancy of hotel complex. We have been able to eat at the El Dorado, Portofino and Sumptuori. It was a great experience and the food was very tasty. I am glad we have stayed here and we do appreciate the hospitality and service of all the hotel employees. My special thanks goes to Matthew who is a supervisor of restaurants. Thank you for your hospitality, goodwill and professionality. We hope that we can meet you at some point again, god bless!

- friendly staff (despite the fact, that the staff is wearing an FFP2 mask during the whole shift) this needs to be more appreciated by the guests! - good Food (especially the restaurant El Dorado (Steakhouse) and Sumptuori (Japanese) - clean and spacious rooms - a lot of activities at the Pool (aqua biking, aqua gym, dance lesson) - great gym area - Great price-value experience and with great Corona related measurements - great app for management of your restaurant reservations and SPA bookings

Very good breakfast with beautiful view, very good lunch, but dinner wasn't so good. Tasty, varied drinks, nice, clean room, clean beach without seeweed. We had reservation in Punta Cana area, but we get room in Palace - as everyone. It was very quiet, but because of covid everything is so it wasn't problem for us.
Check in last over 2 hours after 20h trip because hotel have reservation for 1 person in each room. We ordered for 2 persons and show them papers. They don't even had option for 1, so price was the same. It was big problem for hotel, finally next day everything ended well, but we didn't even heard word sorry...
