The staff was great the location was fantastic

This is not directed to the hotel but to you Booking you should do your homework about the hotels you are advertising we rented a kitchenette an when we arrived there was no pots pans dishes cups forks knives spoons we could of rented a reg room an got the same with micro wave an small fridge you should put this on your site that none of the things needed in a kitchenette were supplied that you have to bring your own we paid more for a room with a kitchenette so we could cook there an save some money but thanks to your lack of knowing anything about the hotel and there rules it cost us alot more find out what is offered an not offered at the hotels.

Staff was very helpful and accommodated our request having two rooms side by side with an internal access door to watch over children and still have privacy. Breakfast was plentiful and great. Plenty of towels were given upon request and rooms were nice and cold when walking in after a hot sunny day on the beach.

The shower in room 130 water pressure needs work. The switch to flow water out on the top doesnt swap correctly anymore and water pressure felt like sprinkles and had to use the ice container to bathe. Room 129 hair blow drier doesnt blow air through efficiently to quick dry hair.

It was filthy dirty ceiling fans were full of dirt floors and counters were dirty and sticky mold on pictures frame rusty old coffee pot old stained curtain and bed smelled like urine bath tub was dirty leak in rest room trash behind the dressers faucet to shower almost came off the wall curtain rod hanging wood board hanging from the ceiling lamps didn’t work old rusty falling apart I paid 30 for early check to spend the day cleaning and dusting floors were black full of dirt it was horrible never again roches on countertop at night I want a refund

We have stayed here three times now and it is our go to place. We love it. Clean, well maintained, great price, great breakfast, the staff is amazing!

The parking permits which in the future could prevent me from staying here. One trip my sister and I both came down for a weekend. We each have a car. I had to pay $25 to park my car and I was paying to rent the hotel. I was disappointed. It is not out of line for two adults traveling to a hotel to each have a car. I can understand going beyond this being excessive and charging as space is limited. However, two adults in a room with two cars the parking was steep and makes it or breaks it for me.

The employees were very informative. They let me know where everything was and what kind of people hung out where I loved it. if you’re on a budget go it’s perfect.

What I didn’t really like was there wasn’t younger people there visiting. I will be going back to visit, but I hope I pick a better time to go and there’s younger folks around. which these things you have no control over.

Maybe a discount on 1st night. Not a very good room. Didn't talk to manager. Not there when we left. Otherwise good service

The area was super clean, the room was very spacious and beds very comfortable. The pool was heated so it was awesome to just go out and about and come back to a heated pool. Food was deli but I wouldn't mind a breakfast sausage links or patties.

Everything was excellent and customer service was the best.

Staff was kind, warm & welcoming. We stayed 2 nights and needed more towels, and they had no issue replacing or giving extra of any essentials. Breakfast was great. In walking distance to many stores. Washer n Dryer on site

Pool had no light at night The cable was outdated. Most of the channels gave a popcorn screen or just audio.

The only good experience I had at the Super eight property was that it was located on South Padre Island. The staff were very accommodating the bathroom was very nicely set up.

One of the pilots on the stove was not working. The Tv could have been a bit bigger for being a king room. There could have one other dresser drawer for clothes. Other than that my stay was okay.

The breakfast area is excellent, with a perfect variety of food to start the day!

The hotel could greatly benefit from addressing the stains on the lampshades, as they detract from the room's overall appearance. Additionally, re-equipping the bathrooms with more modern and functional fixtures would enhance guest comfort and elevate the quality of the stay.
