Breakfast was ok, no fruit though.

Didn't get the room I booked because I had asked for a handy capped accessible room. That meant a $25 dollar upcharge. Even though I'm not wheelchair bound, I couldn't handle stairs with my luggage and there's no elevator. So, they gave my first-floor room to somebody else because it was quite late when I arrived.

Location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was fine.

My room didn’t get cleaned even though I put the sign out. I had to search the gal out and ask her to do it. Also, wish the cord was longer on the dryer.

The wifi was good. The TV worked fine and had movie channels. The room was clean. The bathroom had lots of new soaps and shampoos and creams. The stairs to the second floor were manageable. Police patrol the area and are very visible.

Not enough parking. We parked half on the grass. The bed made a loud metal sound on my husband's side. Some of the hotel customers were messy and threw used teeth cleaning stuff all over the balcony ledge outside our room. I think the police knocked on a nearby door in the middle of the night. I was too asleep to know more. Traffic noise.

Very convenient price for a convenient location near stores and the expressway.

The cleaners need to add more towels and wash cloths etc.

Staff very nice. Quiet. Located just far enough off the highway. Walmart and restaurants, gas close. Midlothian is a lovely town, undergoing renovations in the neighborhoods close to downtown. Very quaint/upscale at the same time.

Was comparing it to the America's Best in my town, and this was an older motel and I did not expect that. Smoking rooms, so smelled like smoke and had cigarette burn stains in comforter and on tub. Would never have paid full price for this, but through Booking.com, I paid what the stay was worth. All in all, was pleased with price/value ratio, and staff very nice and friendly, rooms clean with a few flaws but functional. A very quiet stay even though the motel was full.

The room was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable . And the shower head put out plenty of water . I got some good rest .

This stopover was close to the city and highway. I was really glad for fridge and microwave and Starbucks across the street for something beyond a wrapped pastry. Clean, hot water bath, shower and heater and air all fine. After a little mixup with a room, the staff quickly solved and a very friendly call to check the room was ok.

It served our needs but showing wear and glad heat worked since blanket was thin.

Comfortable beds and I felt safe. The breakfast was okay (would have liked some meat options). Right near a Walmart. Small pool. Good TV. Plenty of parking.

The furnishings felt a little dated.
