The room was just perfect. There was a steady and nice temperature inside especially in the bathroom. Very clean and comfortable bad, nice furniture as well. The window overlook a courtyard which is a reason why it was always very silent. Amazing breakfast. There is so much choice, both savoury and sweet options, also fruit, and any kind of hot and cold drinks are available; staff there always has a calm, discreet and cheerful attitude but at the same time they are very attentive to the buffet and guests, making sure no one is missing anything. The location is great as well since it's slightly outside of the crowded area, but just 15 min walk from the main city's attractions and activities. We arrived by train and the central station is also not more than 15 min walk from the hotel. Bonus comment: I found a good bottle of wine with a nice greeting card in my room for my birthday. Not expected at all and very much appreciated of course!

Just a few minutes walk away from Vaclasvske namesti in a quiet street. Great location to explore Prague on foot with just 15-20 minutes of easy walk to main attractions like Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Tram lines and Mustek metro station very close if exploring the further areas. Clear, comfy and well organized room with everything we needed, very comfortable bed and bathroom, and a very reasonable price compared to similar venues in the area. Fine breakfast too!

Honestly can't find anything to complain about, for a long weekend trip this was a near perfect experience.

We liked the location, cleanliness, and atmosphere in that it had character and that matched the vibe of Prague. Lots of other fancy hotel around but the Majestic feels like an old style hotel. Loved the breakfast for its variety and even when busy it was very comfortable. Also appreciated having a balcony .

The panorama suite is wonderful, much better in reality than on the Booking.com pictures! It was a very good idea to get rid of the carpet which we see on the pictures👍 as the wooden floor is beautiful! The room is super clean, super cosy, very warm (I was there in December), spacious, the view is amazing, the location unbeatable. There isn’t any noise at night so you sleep like a baby. The street is also super safe.

The balcony of the room is disapointing and there aren’t 2 balconies as written in the description. Only 1 very small one with the view on the opposite rooms and where we cannot sit. The staff is extremely cold! Absolutely no welcome Word at arrival and barely no good bye when I left. That should really be improved!

We got upgraded to a room with a balcony, lovely view. Staff at the reception is helpful and accommodating. The hotel is super well located, walking distance from the Old Town and from metro/tram stops. Room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, and you can turn on heating or AC. Nice selection of breakfast with options that suit pretty much anyone. I would definitely recommend it

The only thing we noticed is that sometimes in the morning the water pressure would slowly start going down and eventually there would be no water at all. This only lasted a few minutes before it came back, but maybe it would be good to look into why this happens

The scale of the room, cleanliness & daily linen change

We liked the interior of our room. The breakfast was also very nice, with many options. The atmosphere in the hotel was delightful. And the beds are really comfortable

The hand soap was very harsh for both me and my boyfriend. The skin of our hands and fingers became too dry and started to peel after 5 days staying in this hotel

Excellent location, comfortable and large rooms, friendly staff at check-in, very clean and excellent value for money.

The breakfast room is crowded with tables that are close to each other, the girl at the entrance to the breakfast room is unfriendly and untrustworthy, she turned me away from breakfast because it was not included in the price even though I told her that I would pay when I checked out... she insisted that I could not to enter before paying, which was crazy, I have never encountered such a rule.

Extremely polite staff, clean rooms, excellent service. My room had a really nice view of the city and the location is simply unbeatable.

The decor aims for classic but ends up feeling outdated, there were no power outlets next to the bed. The coffee could be better. Overall mostly nitpicking on my part

The Majestic is a beautiful hotel, the staff are friendly and welcoming, we stayed in a twin room which was lovely, had everything we needed the complimentary shower gel and hand wash was a lovely addition and perfect when your travelling! The hotel isnt in the centre but only a short walk to the old town square, we just turned left out the hotel followed path to end of street, turned left again and just kept walking going.. took about 10 -12 minutes. I would certainly stay there again!

Id of liked a small mini bar, there was room service which was great, but would be nice to have a small selection of snacks and drinks in the room..
