Very well run hotel. Budget standard, but everything went very smooth, from booking and check-in to checking out. Beds very comfortable. Everything nice and clean. Furnishings are practical and solid, room just right for short trip. Safe outdoor parking right in front of hotel reserved for hotel guests. Breakfast buffet was abundant, surprisingly good for the price of the hotel. Cooked breakfast with scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, various kinds of fruit incuding slices of grapefruit, various spreads for bread, various muesli, different types of excellent breads and sweet pastries, fresh veggies, various juices, coffee and tea to refill. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very spacious and quiet lobby coming in. We didn't try the hotel terrace restaurant and there are some offerings on the side we didn't try like music events. Metro right around the corner from hotel with red line going to city center/old town. We found this hotel is extremely good value and very convenient, would definitely go back.

Blankets on bed maybe on the short side for tall people. Outdoor parking can get full if you arrive late. We had an excellent spot, but we arrived in the afternoon and were able to choose. However, overall nothing to complain about.

There are actually many things I liked at this hotel. The location for example. It´s right next to a forest and if somebody like running or walking, one can do easily 20 km there. The metro station that takes you to the centre is also very close. Walking distance. So is a huge shopping centre. The breakfast is also very good. I like to start my day with a good breakfast and although it was very busy I could eat well and peacefully. The staff was nice, pleasant and helpful. As I travel a lot with my job I sometimes have problems getting my clother washed on time at a hotel or finding a laundrette. This was not a problem here. I simply left my dirty clother at the reception in the morning, paid very reasonable price and colected it clean in the afternoon. I first booked for one or two nights and then I kept extending my stay by two days each time and in the end it was about ten days in total I spent here. I could only recommend. Oh yes, one more plus. There is free parking there.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but due to the proximity of the metro station (about 350m) you can quickly and conveniently get to the city center. There is a large parking lot next to the hotel, where you can leave your car. The hotel offers very good breakfasts in the form of a buffet. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, with a view of the city, cleaned every day (although it was not necessary).

It would be nice if there was at least a kettle and a cup in the room in which you could prepare tea.

Very nice, free spacious parking - a rarity in Prague. Free breakfast as well. Quiet location adjacent to a forest. Overall, excellent value for money. Clean and spacious room with working area.

Bathroom sink was clogged. I read - in other reviews - that this hotel offers outstanding breakfast - but when I stayed, it was just a standard cold + hot combo (some wieners, scrambled eggs and so forth). The hotel is large and seems to cater to bussed tourist groups - I had a hard time getting breakfast because 3 buses (all seemingly the same large group) were leaving about the same time, and the breakfast area was super busy. Interiors are somewhat dated, although the hotel looks very nice from the outside.

The hotel is very close to the underground station and it's just a short ride to the city centre. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and there were enough options for breakfast. The staff was very helpful, especially the young lady in the reception. Even though the hotel seemed to be full, the room was very quiet. Overall, great value for the money and would happily come back to stay here again.

The surroundings are not very pretty as there are mostly blocks of flats around. The breakfast room can get very busy, so even though it's large, if you come during a peak time, you might need to wait for a table.

We needed a hotel at short notice as our flight was cancelled and we needed to wait a day for the next one. As a result, we booked the cheapest, closest hotel we could find and didn't bother looking at the reviews, just as long as it had enough beds for us, that would suffice. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, it was well equipped and the room we got had 5 single beds in 2 separate rooms (although only one actual hotel room, bathroom etc.) It was a great setup for us so that people who needed privacy could get it and we could all be comfortable. It also included breakfast in the price which was great. The location was also great as there is a tonne station just 5 minutes walk away. In our situation, that was absolutely ideal!

The shower was a bit odd as the mount was right next to the wall so showering was awkward. The breakfast was a little bit limited, but it was so cheap that I couldn't really complain. The lady that checked us in wasn't particularly friendly but it was quite late at night, so I can understand.

I’ve chosen this hotel because in the outskirts of Prague near the highway network but also close the a Metro station. This makes it easy to move by car outside the city avoiding the traffic in rush hours but makes it easy to reach the center too. The metro station is 3 to 5 minutes walk; it depends on the way you take. The shortest is a tiny walkway in the woods but I don’t recommend it at night because it’s completely dark. Registration at the front desk was quick and the lady was polite. The room - at the fourth floor with balcony - was simple but perfectly clean and relatively quite, there is a small fridge for your own beverages. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was fine. I had dinner at their restaurant and got good food and nice service. Price-quality ratio was excellent. There was a little misunderstanding after may stay but everything was managed professionally (thank you Radovan). I will return at Globus in my next business trip to Czech Republic.

During my stay there, the red metro line was partially closed for some maintenance and transit time from the city center was longer because the need to use the bus introduced to cover the missing service. I found out of the problem after my booking but wasn’t difficult to manage. There was, however, no responsibility from the hotel side.

Quiet room with a nice view, very helpful and professional staff.

The breakfast area was so crowded in first 30 minutes in the morning that we weren't able to get anything to eat or drink as there was a line of people waiting to get to the buffet tables and we didn't have time to wait longer. I understand that we were unlucky that there was a big group leaving the same time as we did, but still...
