Location was amazing in the centre

I was disappointed that got changed the hotel and stayed in different one and not Julis where I have selected room with kitchenette and got room with fridge and kettle only

The location is good, not far from the city center and train station, right at the main street.

The facilities seem a bit old. There are no marked shower gel in the bathroom.

The property was in a central location & we were really lucky to be on the 8th floor, as the views were great! The room was spacious and the mini kitchen was really handy for us during our stay. The reception staff were really lovely. They allowed us to check in early & we paid for a late check out. They also kept our luggage safe on the last day so we could enjoy more sightseeing.

We were really happy with the room, but the only thing we would have preferred is a private balcony. We sat out there each night overlooking the town & chatting, but this privacy was interrupted each time someone in the rooms next to us came outside, as the balcony’s are separated by a clear glass panel.

Excellent location in heart of Prague. Within easy walking distance of the old town square and the Charles bridge. The hotel was warm and comfortable.

The breakfast room was rather small. Some of the staff were slow to clean the tables. No real English breakfast. Occasionally scrambled eggs was available. Shower door did not fit the bath and therefore water leaked onto the floor.

Excellent location in the middle of everything. Gym and swimming pool downstairs (additional fee, but the gym is very decent so I think it was worth it). Fully equipped kitchen. Clean and spacious rooms, I happened to have a great view to the street in front of the hotel. There is an own cafe with a terrace, where you can also enjoy breakfast. 24/7 reception. Tea and instant coffee (even decaf) available in the room. I had a 4 night stay for a work trip, and this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to have an easy and as quick as possible access to all attractions, shops and exercise facilities. The gym opens at 6 am so quite early workouts are possible. The kitchen and a supermarket opposite to the hotel allow one to cook own meals, very handy for people with allergies. My room had a sofa and a big table, so if you need to work in the room, it is very comfortable. Even though the street is very noisy during nighttime, with window closed I didn’t find the room noisy at all. Breakfast varies a bit every day and has quite many fresh foods and options available. Some foods were a bit tasteless but some were very good. As a whole I’d especially recommend this hotel to someone who is in need for a full range or services: enough space in the room, an own kitchen but also breakfast, sports facilities and excellent location with a fair price.

Slightly too warm, but not too badly.

The hotel sat on Wentworth Square, it is a minute walk from a Metro station. It’s about 15 minute walk to the main train station and behind that further five minutes to the main bus terminal. The room is spacious, we opted for twin beds, there was also a small sofa along with a desk and two chairs. A small kitchenette which had fridge, combination microwave utensils, etc

There wasn’t anything I particularly didn’t like, however I did wonder about using the pool on Monday evening when we arrived and went downstairs to find it but the access point had been taped off. When enquiring at checkout how we access the swimming pool they advised it was from using a separate lift. None of this was advised when checking in. However, we weren’t overly fussed and i think my point got lost in translation so I gave up.

Perfect location! It is within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. Our room was clean and comfortable, better than I anticipated!

Minor details. There was no plug for the tub to give my kids a bath, and showering them was a mess. That was more of a personal problem, though. TV did not work half the time, but eventually I found out the connection into the TV was loose. I pushed it in all the way and it worked. Another personal problem, I suppose!

The location of the hotel is just perfect - on one of the pedestrian shopping streets and within walking distance from the main train station. Having a kitechennet was quite convenient. The room was overlooking an inner yard, and it was very quiet altogether. The bed is super comfortable as well.

The furniture is old and worn out here and there.The staff were not the friendliest - we were on our honeymoon and never got so much as a 'Congratulations', just an "OK". Also, we were not warned a city fee would be charged in advance.

Very good buffet breakfast. Room comfortable and easily big enough. Excellent central location in Prague, so plenty of shops and restaurants very close. The noise of Wenceslas Square doesnt effect the rooms inside.

Advertised with a pool. The pool exists but is part of another organisation in the same building and is only available to hotel guests between 8 and 11 in the evening, at a charge. Because the building is multi use it doesnt really feel like a hotel and has a complicated set of access doors with card readers to get around.

Easy Checkin.

Google maps sent us to back of building from a different alley. Entrance is of main street in front. Quests below up were smoking at their window and could smell coming in our window, even though it was closed. Room was hot and temperature could only be reduced 3.5 celsius. Difficult to open window for cool air. Our room overlooked main street above ice skating rick and Christmas market. Although very conveinient, also very noisy, Night Club across street went on to 4am.
