That the parking is a hassle! park in p1 or p2 then go to the hotel pay for the parking p1 or p2 take your car out before 40 minutes then get back inside with the new payed for card! and if you have luggage pay and bring your car inside take the luggage within 30 minutes but there is car restrictions in the city between 10:30 am till 3:00pm and if you want to checkout go through the same procedure!

The location and view was amazing and breakfast had a great selection.

The hot water kettle in the room had some brown liquids in it ( perhaps tea from the last guests). Bathtub had some stains, too.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the Old Town, with great access to everything of interest. We had a quirky room, typical of European properties which was a conversion of the old roof space. So, we had the slopping walls, roof-pitch window which we loved. Breakfast was great also, plenty of variety and food/beverage were fresh and plentiful. The staff (generally - refer below) were great, most impressed with 90% of the ones we interacted with. Cleaning staff do a great job as do the breakfast staff. Overall a great place to stay.

The staff generally were exceptional, except for one person who took great pleasure in being unhelpful and one could even say somewhat mean. If you back look at all of my reviews (and there are many) I have never before complained about any staff member of any hotel or motel, but this one warrants commentary. If management want to leave me with an email address I am happy to be specific about my complaint.

The breakfast was ok, without too many options, They upgrade me to the terrace room on first floor, but it was for disabled people. The bathroom was less comfortable. The room was big and with beautiful view. The staff was really helpful.

Need to park at parking 1, which is 5 minutes walking to the hotel. I missed the message from the hotel about the parking. (my mistake) But i think it's should be part of the hotel information or Q/A section. The parking cost me 290 corona for 24 hours. In the center of Český Krumlov you can't park your car, it's area without cars. So any hotel in the center you will need to walk to the hotel with your language.

Location is great, almost at the city center and by the river. Room was clean, staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent, but not overly so.

Bathroom takes almost 50% of the room, which is absolutely unnecessary. Also, it is separate from the rest of the room by semi-transparent glass, which feels weird - especially if you need to switch the light on in it during the night. No glass for tooth brushes in the bathroom - asked for one, but never got it. Noise from the street during the night woke us up several times. I would not rate this hotel 4 stars.

Location of the hotel is ideal, right in the heart of the action, both day/ and night. The room was very large and clean, plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was nice, with plenty of hot and cold options. Even though a night club was near, room was completely quiet and had great heating.

Lift door wouldn't open for wheelchair and we were stuck onboard for about an hour, but staff acted quicly to try and free us. The whole town is not great for wheelchairs because of the cobblestone, but the day we arrived we had to park across town at a more distant carpark due to a festival in the close one, this led to a long walk on cobblestone to the hotel. In hindsight, a little more info on how to walk through the park and along the water could have avoided much of the cobblestone transit.

Our room seemed recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Once at the hotel, the location was excellent. The woman at reception tried her best to make up for the bad beginning of our stay in

The stay started badly. We parked in the nearest parking lot. P1. But the bridge was closed due to a film being made and we had to walk 3x as far (more than 1 km) carrying heavy luggage. This proved difficult for a couple in their 80's. Had the hotel advised, we could have repacked and carried only the essentials néeded to get through the evening. The breakfast was uninspiring.

The location is great, despite being in the town centre, it is very close to the bridge leading outside (to the parking or the bus station), so it is easy to reach even with suitcases. The room was rather small, but very clean and with everything you might need. The breakfast is good and varied, although the breakfast room is a bit small and can feel cramped, when all the tables are occupied.

The room and the bathroom are on the smaller side, but we were just staying one night, so it was perfect anyway.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the modern interior of the room. We booked for 3 people and got two bedrooms which had plenty of space. Nice touch on checkout giving guests a local beer gift set. The breakfast was good and the outdoor breakfast area had stunning views of the castle

Bumped my head a few times due to the sloped ceilings. Bathroom was lacking shelf space for toiletries, cosmetics, etc. A nice touch would have been some complimentary water in the room at check in.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The receptionist was so lovely—a true gem! She was warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety. One of the highlights was our room’s balcony—it offered breathtaking views of the castle and the river, making our mornings and evenings extra special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
