The location is beautiful next to National park and the sea. From arriving when we booked in with Amanda who was very kind and helpful to leaving it was lovely all the staff was very nice and the self contained room with balcony had everything you need.It was a lovely holiday shame it had to end A supermarket near who had everything you need who was very nice.

Nothing we didn't like it was a lovely place.

My wife and I had a blast in our honeymoon and we are so happy we chose Konnos Garden Bay. It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel, the staff was so nice and helpfull with anything we needed, the place is very clean and has some kitchen basics. The housekeeping team does a great job and the front desk are so nice and willing to help. It is close to a beautiful beach, you can enjoy the sun rise from the balcony ( or even from the bed). Overall we had the best time in Cyprus and Konnos Bay Gardens was part of our beautiful experience. We will recomand it for sure. Remus Sularea

The Studios are very clean, a little dated. The staff are all lovely, Adamandini and Tsonka in particular are great on reception. Any problem is quickly fixed. We had a slight maintenance issue and it was fixed straight away! It is an old hotel, obviously being upgraded bit by bit. We have been coming here for 15ish years and plan to return later this year. We don't mind having a 70's bathroom suit, dated furniture and all that. As long as its clean and friendly, has a shower, aircon and a comfy bed.

It would be nice to have a bar on site and the only local place to get a drink is on the beach or a bit of a trek down the road. I believe this is being sorted so look forward to giving it a try later this year!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is superb with a sea view from our room. It was a short walk down to the beach along a nature trail. There are a lot of steps (around 200) which are excellent for exercise. It is also possible to walk or drive down the road to the beach which would make it easier with a baby buggy for instance. The beach is sandy and has water sports and also a cafe/kiosk where it is very pleasant to sit and have a drink or snack whilst taking in the amazing views. It is on the edge of a National Park with lovely walks along a choice of tracks or a footpath. There are bus stops at the apartments with services to Protaras, Ayia Napa and Paralimni. There is an on site supermarket were you can buy all the essentials for your stay. There are several good Restaurants and Tavernas nearby. We have been returning to the apartments for around 15 years so they are obviously getting something right!

There was nothing not to like. It was very peaceful and we had a relaxing holiday.

really conveniently located and really clean our main stay was a private villa in Protaras which had a check out of 10am and our flight wasn’t until 10pm so we booked 2 nights at the Konnos Bay to ensure we had somewhere to go from 10am on the day we travelled home and it was perfect as it was clean and gave us a comfortable place to spend the day until our flight later that night the complex is also across the street from a beautiful and idyllic beach with water sports and private boat hire

location is only good if you have a car for access to bars and restaurants

Staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was really good pressure (a plus for me!) and good quality air con that cooled the room instantly. Fridge & small kitchenette a bonus if you’re staying longer.

1) I would have liked blackout curtains, as the sun came through the ones there and as I was out late I wanted a lay in. 😂 2) As a female solo traveler I felt a little unsafe with only the outside/key lock for the door. I think it should have a security chain or bolt inside so you can lock yourself in your room and feel 100% safe when you’re sleeping.

The location is excellent for access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. It's about a 5 minute walk down to the beach and maybe 15 on the way up. There's a super market next door if you need any additional supplies. If you don't have a car to go to the center of protaras or ayia napa it's not a deal breaker as there are bus stops right outside which take you to both. Just make sure you have a rough understanding of the timings so you don't hang around at them for too long waiting. The accomodation itself does the job. It's slightly dated and one or two things could be updated (like some of the taps) but overall it was clean and did the job of having somewhere to shower and sleep.

Great location, near Konnos beach (one of my favourite beaches in Cyprus). Comfortable bed and clean renovated bathroom.

I can’t complain much about the negatives of the property because the value for money is very good. However I didn’t like the following: the room smelled like old plastic sometimes, the kitchenette was not fully equipped (there was only one knife for two people, no place to dry the dishes etc.), the room seems to be old but some parts were renovated and the TV was very old but it worked fine

The location was fantastic, quiet and close to the national park, great for exploring if you like nature. The facilities in the room were suitable for our stay and the bed super comfortable. Supermarket on site really useful for anything we needed, open till late every day. All staff really friendly, approachable and helpful. They made our stay memorable. A big thank you to all of them.

Close nice beach of konnos bay. And bus stops right outside to protaras and ayia napa. Supermarket on site for essentials New comftable beds New air-conditioning which was a god send. Quite location

Unfortunately lacking some essentials you would expect in a self catering apartment. And a funny smell like damp in all cupboards had to clean several times ourselves before smell became bareable
