Super-friendly and helpful owners. The apartment was nicely laid out, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was regularly serviced with clean towels and fresh bed linen. The air con was great and very much a necessity. The apartment overlooked the pool, which was a delight ... never busy and plenty of sun beds. The town centre is close by, with some lovely restaurants. The hotel is also fairly close to the beach and the lovely Latchi harbour.

There was a small kitchenette,which was handy, but a wider range of utensils would have been great.

Wonderful hotel! A pleasant owner met us at the reception, the room also exceeded our expectations, as well as the availability of parking and everything you might need in the kitchen for a comfortable stay. The hotel is not new, but very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees and a clean swimming pool. The only shower is connected to the toilet and there is no barrier, that is, when you bathe, water spills all over the floor. But for us it did not cause discomfort. Very close to the municipal beach. 15 minutes walk. I recommend this hotel

Owner was very welcoming and friendly and polite. Gave us freshly squeezed juices (fruits from their own garden). Room was very spacious. Kitchen had all needed appliances and tablewares. Rooms seemed like were freshly renovated. Balcony also spacious with seating and clothes horse. Garden is nicely decorated and very well looked after. I haven't seen anywhere else where in hotel garden there would be so many different fruit trees.

Bed mattress was not to my liking, but for one night ok.

A big plus is the location of the apartment. Its close to the bus station, the largest supermarket in the area, and the beaches, with a pedestrian promenade from Polis Beach Bar to Polis Municipal Beach. Another plus is the pool, cute cats, beautiful garden, and the helpfulness of the staff.

We did not get the apartment we ordered. Some apartments were being renovated, and supposedly ours was among them. So this is a minus for me. Because in the original apartment, there were supposed to be 2 single beds and a stove. Instead, we got a double bed and a single hot plate. Another minus was that renovations were being done right next to our apartment. So there was banging, the smell of painting, and others. I felt almost like I was on a construction site. I believe that these apartment renovations will be completed soon, and people will really feel like they are on vacation here.

The air-condition in the bedroom had a part loose and it was making a noise, all night long!! Also the owner made a really bad impression when asked me to move to another room for the second night, since he had someone else coming who wanted my room !!! Rest were ok.

Large, basic but clean apartment with very good air conditioning during a hot summer break. Small, practical kitchen with fridge. Good, large shower with soap and towels provided. Comfortable beds and clean linen. Nice big pool, but unfortunately we did not get a chance to use it as we were busy sightseeing.

The apartments, gardens and pool are all beautiful. From our apartment we had a beautiful view of the pool from the balcony and could see the sea from our bedroom. There was a lot of space and it was very clean. Our host George was lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. It's the perfect place to be for a peaceful family holiday away from the really busy tourist areas but with still plenty to do.

8 minutes by walk to bus station and to center of town, nice and clean pool, nice owner. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Kitchen with equiqment. Air condition with many programs. Supermarkets and restaurants in few minutes by walk.

Noisy cars during the night, but with windows closed, it was not bad.

The room was clean and just what I needed as a solo traveler on a budget. A wonderful pool. The owners were so friendly and welcoming.

Just was very welcoming and generous - complimentary homemade lemonade. Rooms very comfortable for a reasonable price. We only needed a base for one night and this fit the bill perfectly.
