As a “modern traveler” I prefer self check in and out, online paying and all the necessary information that might be helpful while using accommodation provided on my phone…so property owners full fill all my expectations. They also responses quickly on all my enquirers. Room is stylish, clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom, comfy bed and silent neighborhood on a great location with spectacular view. Even I was not asking for later check out, the owner gave that option sending me a message. Great service! Definitely I’ll be back.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. We were treated so well by Dejan, who stayed late to help us check in and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and ours had a nice patio space outside with a table and chairs, which was an added bonus! The surrounding neighborhood felt safe for my sister and I as young, female travelers which was a big bonus. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was a bit hard to find since there isn't a lot of signage and it is located in a pretty residential area. However, thankfully it is situated near main bus lines and it was easy to access the city center, though it is a bit further away than I thought when I made the original booking.

The room I stayed in was on the ground floor and had a little terrace in front of the room. Everything was clean. Self check-in worked without problems. Dejan (the staff) was very friendly and provided some recommendations about vegetarian friendly restaurants I was asking for.

A little bit outside of town but in walking distance (20-30mins) to the city center. Also there is a bus station with a bus going to the ferry around the corner. Room is a little bit small but was fine for me (I just stayed on night).

The property was very clean and is situated in a location close to the city centre I think it was definitely good value for money. The staff member Dejan who was taking care of my stay was very friendly and was quick to provide assistance with anything needed and provided a quick and smooth check in process for myself. I like that the property also included Wi-Fi and tv at no extra cost.

staff was attentive, the person that was in contact with me would check in on me on whatsapp daily and give me recommendations of restaurants. I stay at hostels a lot, and for the price I got my own bathroom with shower gel and soap, it definitely feels like an upgrade.

the location is a bit far, walking at night feels a bit scary but that's it.

On booking.com it says that the checkout is until 11:00, but on site it says until 10:00 everywhere. The payment via booking.com doesn't include the taxes so they're paid separately via some website. There's no kettle in room, but it would be very useful together with a cap and teabag. Overall it's great for the price

The apartment itself was really lovely, clean and very comfortable. It was an easy check-in service too and the whole apartment was very quiet and relaxing, I especially loved the bath in my room, very luxurious. The reason for not giving a 10 is because of location, it was about a 40 minute walk from the centre and similar time if you caught a bus, but if that doesn't bother you then it's definitely good value.

My stay at this hotel was extremely pleasant and modern, thanks to the smart check-in system. The check-in process was quick and effortless—no need to wait at the reception. Everything was done via the app, and room access was provided through a digital key. The staff was friendly and available through online support, although there was no traditional reception.

The man staff was very kind, ready to explain to us whatever we needed! The room was very close to the palace and it had great view! Very nice bathroom.

It was nothing like hotel! It was something like airbnb, just a room..... And very small room. Without any room service (you had to pay 7€ if you wanted to be cleaned, or else you ll have it for free every 5 days). The room had no mirrors nowere.

New and modern building is nice.

The parking in the location is almost impossible to find, if you want private parking (the one you need to pay) is not secure (no fence or garage). Street was very narrow. We did not get a chance to meet the host or any receptionist, seems this was self check in.
