Very good location, Lapad had nice beaches and many great restaurants - our favorite restaurants near the hotel was Orsan (fish), Shizuku (sushi, super cheap!!) and pizzeria papillon (pizza). The restaurant at copacabana beach club was quite expensive but the chevapi was exceptional. If you want to go to the old town, the bus outside the hotel takes you there in 10-15 minutes. Overall we were really happy with the hotel and it was super clean!

The breakfast is not the best so we found a few things that we liked and ate that throughout the whole week.

Spacious room, comfortable mattress, kettle and fridge in room, modern bathroom, everything is new and modern, outstanding cleanliness. Staff nice and attentive to requests. Location is very good, I walked everywhere, 10 minutes to Lapad beach, less than 10 minutes to new harbour, 30 minutes to old city. For people who aren't walkers, there are frequent and easy buses with stops very near the hotel.

Breakfast heavy on savoury and cooked food , I'd like a few pastries (croissants and the like) and various types of jam could be added. Coffee not great, I'd suggest a self service coffee machine as they have in most hotels. Wifi was great the first two days, slow the last two days.

Lovely modern hotel in a good location with frequent bus service near. Comfortable bed and large balcony. Bed was made every day, bins emptied and clean towels when requested. Staff very friendly and restaurant staff very obliging.

Would recommend sun loungers and umbrella on the very large balcony. Sockets at back of headboard were not accessible to put European adaptors in.

The rooms were really nice and comfortable. Some of them have poor view. Veery diverse selection of foid for breakfast. We asked to change the room next day and we're given a better view. Plenty of parking and restaurants within walking distance. Only 6 min drive from the old city walls. Perfect for exploring Dubrovnik. I would highly recommend this hotel to adults and families with children.

There was a bit of chaos during the breakfast. It appeared that there is no sufficient staff to cover the needs of the service.

The bedroom was a nice size with air conditioning in the room. The staff were very friendly particularly Maria on reception and Luke who gave us great history lesson on our transfer to and from the airport.

There was good choice for breakfast, but often, it was hard to get a bowl for cereal,or cup for beverage.Also it was difficult to get warm coffee.

The room was spacious, well maintained, and functional. It had a large balcony, great for catching the afternoon and evening sun. Also handy for drying out the beach wear. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was effective. The room was on floor 3. As the hotel is located in a hilly area, it had an entry/exit door on that level as well as on level 0 where reception is located. Just over the road from the exit on floor 3 is a bus stop for the number 6 that takes you to the old town, which is convenient. There is also a grocery store only a couple of minutes walk from the same exit.

The rooms at the back overlook a road junction and the traffic can be a bit noisy. While the room was great, I thought it was overpriced for a bed and breakfast basis. However, I soon learnt that most things in Dubrovnik are a bit overpriced, so in context, probably not as bad as first thought. I had to unplug the TV power each night as the light on the from the front lit the room up.

Good location of the hotel, spacious room and the fact that the rooms have balconies was a bonus.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast offer, because it seems that something was not fully served, even though it was 8:00 in the morning. There were mornings when there was no milk for coffee or the coffee was cold.

The main reason was the free parking and the quiet location. Bus to old town is very closeby. Its a complex that is shared with studentrooms. Our hotelreceptioniste was very kind and govea you a smile on your face. The view from the hotelrooms on the bridge of Dubrovnik is very nice, especially at night. When we were there at the end of april 2023 they were constructing a sushi restaurant at a part of the restaurant. Probably a good idea because there is only 1 in this area and you need to make reservations. There is a local centrum not far away from the hotel where you have several restaurants.

The decoration from the hotel is a bit sphereless. The hotelrooms aswell the restaurant could use a good interiorstylist.

Modern, rather new hotel. Large and spacious room. The room was very well equipped and everything was in good condition. Nice view from the room to the bridge and the cruise ships. Large bathroom with good quality shower and towels. Large and comfortable bed. Good lighting. Everything very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Strong WiFi throughout the hotel. Bus station to the old town next to the hotel.

Thin partition walls between the rooms. Breakfast was ok but very weak coffee was offered. Aircon/fan did not work.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The number 6 bus is just across the road to bring you into the old town. €2.50 and they take cards now. It only takes about 15 minutes and comes every 15 minutes. There is a nice balcony off each room and tea and coffee making facilities. I asked at the bar for milk and they gave it to me for free which was very kind.

Just be careful with the electronic pad on the key entrance of your bedroom door. I didn't realise that if you pressed it somehow it cancelled housekeeping. I was about to complain that I hadn't received fresh towels or had the beds made, but then realised I had pressed the Do not disturb/ No housekeeping button.
