We just left after five nights here with our 5yo. Staff, super attentive, friendly. The door staff, accommodating. We got an extra hour for late checkout as a courtesy. Staff at the buffet super warm, happy to help. Food was plenty, warm, good variety daily. Bed was super comfy. View was impeccable. 14th floor sea view. We would stay here again and again. It exceeded my expectations. Room was SOOO CLEAN, staff who cleaned were very thorough. 11/10 experience.

Taxi/uber price was lower than what hotel quoted me. We paid 28,000 pesos from airport. Hotel quoted me 107,000 for two people when I first asked for options on transportation to their property. They didn't mention the taxi, uber option. I had to do an online search to figure out it was cheaper.

The staff was courteous, polite, and eager to help. The pool was clean, perfect temperature, and open past 8pm. Breakfast was good and there was variety. The room was large with a large balcony. The room was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There was adequate lighting in all areas and the furnishing included a chair with a desk, a table with three chairs, and two comfortable 'club' chairs. My favorite part was the shower - the shower had phenomenal water pressure.

I would have liked to stay longer.

Well-located right on the beach in Laguito. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. Balcony had two chairs and a table with nice view.

It is not accessible as you have to use stairs to get to the elevator, and then the elevator stops between every two floors (ie will stop between 15 and 16 and you walk up or down to your floor). Even though there was a desk, there was no seating in the room aside from the bed itself.

Breakfast was OK. The pool nice and the room has a nice view to the beach.

Although we booked non-refund by Booking, the hotel entered into contact with us by WhatsApp some days before asking for payment to guarantee our reservation. Since we provided our credit card data to Booking as a guarantee, this noncanonical manner of the hotel to abord us creates a feeling of insecurity. Indeed, WhatsApp is not a sure means to ask people for money!

Everything! Walking distance to the main street, very safe. The staff was outstanding from the security, front desk, restaurant staff, bellboys, maids and cleaning staff. They were kind and went out of their way to help. The room was always spotless. The choice of food was excellent at the restaurant. They offered excursions that left from the hotel. It was beach front and the hotel staff warn you about the people on the beach selling chairs and umbrellas and massages. Best to keep stuff at poolside and go back and forth to the beach.

Almost everything about Hotel Dann was absolutely amazing! Starting with the stellar door and reception staff they helped with everything we needed, from our baggage to helping us book an excursion out to the Rosario Islands. Our room was a great size and overlooked the ocean, with an amazing balcony. The breakfasts were great. And the pool was exceptional and the bar staff was wonderful.

I ordered beef medallion dinner. They came out after the order was taken to ask me how I would like it cooked, to which I said medium rare. It came out very well done, and was a tough as shoe leather. Why ask me how I want it cooked if you're not going to cook it that way? I had to send it back, which I never send anything back, thankfully they didn't charge me for it. Their breakfast and seafoods were all good, just don't order anything with beef...

The facility is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect - right on the beach but a short taxi ride to the busy old city center. The staff is exceptional and anticipated our needs.

To be very picky, there were always 3 juice selections at breakfast, all good, but I would have liked orange juice. Not a real complaint!

They have special exit to the beach. The breakfast was very good. I would suggest them to add also water as an option for the breakfast.

It’s really beautiful. The view is amazing. I loved the jazz player by the pool. He was great! And the pool was really lovely! Everything was well kept and clean. The front desk staff, bellman, door man, the breakfast staff, all so kind and nice! I felt very safe and taken care of.

The only downside for me was the location. And you can’t do anything about that. There’s really nothing to do there except the beach. Only a couple of shops. A couple of restaurants. I didn’t really feel safe walking around in the evening. Too many men just sitting around on the street.
