All staff members were genuinely friendly and responded to requests promptly, making us feel truly valued. Comfortable Room:The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and featured a modern, cozy decor. The bedding deserves special mention – it was luxuriously soft and comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep!The bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries were good quality. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so neat and comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The hotel staff were incredibly nice. Not the best check in experience for a 5star hotel as no one even assisted with taking bags to my room after a long flight. Language barrier, not many English speakers who respond to calls.

The front desk service at this hotel is excellent! Halona Reception is warm and friendly, and check-in is quick and efficient. Patiently answer all my questions, but also offer the surrounding play advice. The room arrangement was also very considerate, taking into account my special needs. The entire stay experience is greatly enhanced by the excellent service at the front desk, highly recommended!

The food was amazing, a lot of choice! The room was very clean and on point, The Staff were very helpful Especially Audrey and Kyrie, they really assisted to have a very comfortable staff, even for late check out as my flight was later in the evening.
